From this, Andy has skillfully articulated his experiences in his book, The One Hour Miracle, to catalyze his readers’ roads to peace.

Dr. Dani Lee Harris is the Executive Director and President of TRUTH INC, a nonprofit organization that aims to empower communities and develop leaders. With previous experience in professorship and law enforcement, he catalyzes change in individuals through education, advocacy, and self-development.

Kaitlin Devaney is a Research Specialist at UIC’s Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy. Her work examines community violence, structural inequities, and systems of accountability. Kaitlin’s role as a speaker at many notable conferences, such as the American Criminal Justice Society and the American Sociological Association, has cemented her research as a catalyst for change nationally.

Jessica Maren holds a Master’s in Teaching in Biological Sciences, and she has spent years speaking to entrepreneurs, leaders, and community groups. Jessica bridges scientific literacy with practical application, translating complex biological principles into real possibilities for change. Through workshops and keynote-style talks, she catalyzes personal understanding for her audiences.
Neel Patel
Neel Patel is a Visiting Lecturer at UIC’s Department of Accounting, where he is passionate about equipping students with the skills and confidence to succeed in business. He combines real-world experience with his passion for teaching, committed to helping students catalyze change in their own careers.
Yasin Arfat
Yasin Arfat is a prominent refugee advocate, and his work is rooted in lived experience and a commitment to uplifting displaced communities. As a former refugee himself, he leads organizational strategy, coordinates field operations, and works directly with refugee camps in Bangladesh to ensure access to resources. Yasin is committed to amplifying the voices of refugees and catalyzing their start to new beginnings.
