  Our roots determine where we begin, but they do not determine where we will go.” This is how Hà Hải Yến sees her journey of growing up. Born and raised in Mộc Châu, Yến experienced loss and difficult circumstances from an early age. These experiences led her to become deeply interested in the power of choice, the ability to move beyond limitations, and the ways in which we can rewrite our own stories. She believes that circumstances may shape us, but our future still belongs to the choices we have the courage to make.

  Sometimes we ask others for advice when what we are really looking for is reassurance. Hà Hoàng Dương is fascinated by these moments—when our thoughts, emotions, and desires shape the choices we make. As a student, Dương enjoys observing familiar situations from different perspectives and asking the questions that lie beneath them. For Dương, growing up is not about always knowing what to choose, but about being honest enough to understand why we make the choices we do.

Từ những trải nghiệm của bản thân, Chi tin rằng phát triển không phải là trở thành phiên bản giống người khác, mà là hiểu mình, trân trọng những giá trị thuộc về mình và dũng cảm bước đi theo cách riêng.

As a student, Đức Anh has become fascinated by the quiet power of encouragement—how a few sincere words can restore confidence, turn failure into motivation, and remind someone that their efforts matter. Through his experiences at school and in everyday life, he has learned to look beyond visible results and appreciate the journeys behind them.

  Nguyễn Lưu Gia Bảo là một học sinh yêu thích học hỏi, khám phá những góc nhìn mới và đặt câu hỏi về những điều tưởng như quen thuộc trong cuộc sống. Trong quá trình học tập và trưởng thành, Bảo đặc biệt quan tâm đến cách con người hình thành niềm tin, suy nghĩ và đưa ra quyết định. Bảo tin rằng học hỏi không chỉ là tìm kiếm câu trả lời, mà còn là học cách đặt ra những câu hỏi tốt hơn và sẵn sàng nhìn lại những điều mình từng tin là đúng.

  From a child’s endless “Why?” questions to deeper questions about how we learn and grow, Nguyễn Thục Quyên has always believed that curiosity is one of the most powerful forces behind learning. As a student, she is particularly interested in education, technology, and the ways a changing world is reshaping the learning experience for young people. Quyên believes that education should not only help us find answers, but also protect the curiosity that leads us to ask better questions.

  Tạ Ngọc Thảo does not believe that age or the balance in a bank account should determine how much value a young person can create. Growing up in Mộc Châu, she has become curious about how young people can contribute to their communities using what they already have. She is particularly interested in the people, stories, and challenges behind the development of mountain communities. Through her experiences, Thảo has learned that empathy, connection, and one small action at the right moment can sometimes create a much greater impact than we imagine.- Không tin rằng tuổi tác hay số dư tài khoản có thể quyết định một người tạo ra bao nhiêu giá trị, Tạ Ngọc Thảo luôn tò mò về cách những người trẻ có thể đóng góp cho cộng đồng bằng chính những gì mình đang có. Sinh ra và lớn lên tại Mộc Châu, Thảo đặc biệt quan tâm đến quê hương, con người và những câu chuyện phía sau sự phát triển của cộng đồng vùng cao. Qua những trải nghiệm của mình, Thảo nhận ra rằng sự thấu cảm, khả năng kết nối và một hành động nhỏ đúng lúc đôi khi có thể tạo nên những thay đổi lớn.

  Mộc Châu is more than the hometown Trần Phương Vy calls home; it is also the place that shaped the way she sees opportunity, distance, and the roads ahead. Growing up in the mountains of northwestern Vietnam, Vy has developed a strong interest in education, technology, and the opportunities available to young people living far from major urban centers. Her experiences in her hometown have led her to question the invisible limitations people sometimes place on themselves simply because of where they begin. Vy believes that talent can emerge anywhere, and that a small starting point does not have to lead to a small future. To her, everyone has the ability to build a road of their own—if they remain curious enough to look beyond the boundaries around them and courageous enough to take the first step.

  Truong Ngoc Diep is a young student who is passionate about learning, personal growth, and discovering her own path. Having experienced loss and challenges from a young age, she has learned to value independence, resilience, and the support of family. She believes that every person has a story worth sharing and that even difficult experiences can teach us valuable lessons about who we are and who we can become.
