TEDxNeaSmyrniYouth 2026 – U-Lead What does leadership really mean in today’s world? At TEDxNeaSmyrniYouth 2026, we turn the spotlight inward. This year’s theme, U-Lead, is a powerful reminder that leadership does not begin with authority, age, or titles. It begins with you. U-Lead challenges young people to redefine leadership as initiative, responsibility, creativity, and courage. It is about the quiet decision to stand up for an idea, the bold step to challenge convention, and the conscious choice to act with purpose. Leadership is not reserved for the future — it is practiced in the present. Through authentic TED-style talks, personal stories, scientific insights, artistic perspectives, and bold ideas, our speakers will explore: Self-leadership and personal growth Innovation and problem-solving in youth Education as a pathway to empowerment Social responsibility and active citizenship Creativity as a form of influence U-Lead is not a call to control. It is a call to initiate. It is not about followers. It is about impact. TEDxNeaSmyrniYouth continues its mission to amplify young voices and create a platform where ideas can inspire action within our community and beyond. This independently organized TEDx event brings together students, educators, professionals, and visionaries who believe that meaningful change begins at a young age. Because leadership is not something you wait for. It is something you choose. U-Lead
