  Angjolie Mei is the founder of The Life Celebrant, a leading funeral company in Singapore that redefines how farewells are experienced. A second-generation funeral director, she has spent over two decades transforming the industry through compassion, innovation, and a belief that every goodbye deserves dignity and meaning.

  Dakota Dreams is a not-for-profit community bookstore founded by five retirees in the Dakota community. It celebrates local stories and brings neighbours together through children’s books, comics, and pre-loved titles by Singapore authors.

• Faizal Mohamed

  Musician & Cultural Storyteller

  Mohamed Faizal is a Malay guzheng artist dedicated to bridging cultures through music. Trained in a traditionally Chinese instrument, he brings a fresh perspective by blending classical techniques with influences from Malay, Middle Eastern, and contemporary music. Through his performances and collaborations, Faizal showcases how cultural exchange can create new forms of harmony, using sound as a bridge between traditions, identities, and generations.

Her work bridges engineering and nature-inspired design, imagining a future where we can create and grow materials as elegantly and efficiently as the natural world.

  Ocean Restorer

  Leon Boey, a diver turned ocean restorer, has spent over 15 years rebuilding coral reefs across Southeast Asia. He leads Livingseas Foundation, a large-scale coral restoration initiative in Bali, that combines practical reef restoration with eco-tourism and education. Through partnerships with local communities, divers, and scientists, Leon is proving that reef recovery is not a distant dream but a living, growing reality beneath the waves.

• Nikki Tan

  Nikki Tan is a Singapore-based conservation filmmaker whose work explores stories of our ocean and climate. Collaborating with climate NGOs and regional partners, she uses film to inspire action and strengthen impact storytelling across the region.

  Foo Say Ming is the music director of re: mix, an ensemble of classically trained musicians reimagining what classical music can be. Through inventive collaborations and bold reinterpretations, he brings new energy to the concert stage and invites audiences to experience music in fresh and surprising ways.

  Yung Raja is known for his bilingual rap that fuses Tamil and English, celebrating Southeast Asian identity and self-expression through his music. His work celebrates diversity and inspires new generations to take pride in their cultural roots.
