• Aditii Handa

  H.E. Dr. Aditii Handa is a dynamic business leader, creative strategist, and global advocate for innovation, inclusion, and women’s empowerment. She is the Chairman & Managing Director of The Forttuna Group, where she leads nine diverse verticals spanning global awards, entertainment, AI ventures, mentorship platforms, and digital storytelling. Before founding Forttuna, she served as Chief of Staff at a $1.5 billion NBFC, developing expertise in high-stakes decision-making, operational leadership, and cross-functional execution. Her experience also includes business development, sales, and marketing. Her leadership style combines empathy, strategic thinking, creativity, and results-oriented execution. Her earlier career as a model and professional dancer contributed to her discipline, creative expression, and adaptability. Dr. Handa is described as a TEDx Speaker, UAE Country Chair at G100, Global Ambassador for GEPS, and UN Representative, through which she advocates for women in leadership, global collaboration, and inclusive entrepreneurship. She has been conferred a Doctor of Philosophy in Humane Letters, Honoris Causa, and appointed Her Excellency Aditii Handa, Commander of The Most Excellent Order of International Experts (COIE), recognizing her expertise in business leadership and innovation. Her work focuses on creating purpose-driven environments where innovation can thrive and people are empowered to grow, with an emphasis on leadership, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and meaningful global impact.
