Jonathan Sachs
Jonathan Sachs is an expert in how health care companies can improve the patient experience, leadership development, and succession planning. Motivated by both a personal history of caring for friends and family and leading transformational improvement efforts at large hospital systems, Jonathan brings a fresh perspective to how a patient’s experience can be positively transformed in the health care system. Most recently, Jonathan was tapped to lead a state-wide learning collaborative in Maryland, uniting hospitals to improve patient experience collectively. Previously, he served as the Chief Experience Officer for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and as Vice President of Experience Transformation at Adventist HealthCare.
