  • Ariana Fontenot

    Physical Therapist

Dr. Ariana Fontenot PT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, founder of Slight Motion PT, and creator of The 23-Hour Advantage, a framework built on a simple but overlooked truth: most people spend 1 hour trying to improve a body that 23 hours of daily habits are quietly shaping. Her work sits at the intersection of physical health, human behavior, and pattern recognition. Early in her career, Dr. Fontenot noticed something she couldn't ignore. Patients were doing everything right, exercising, stretching, attending appointments, and working hard to get better, yet many continued struggling with chronic pain, fatigue, and burnout. Rather than accepting that as the limit of what was possible, she stepped beyond the clinic and began observing people in their real environments: homes, bedrooms, and workplaces, paying attention to the hours no one was watching. What she discovered changed how she understood pain and change itself: the body wasn't broken. It was adapting.
