We speak about the future constantly - in strategies, forecasts, ambitions. But rarely do we pause to ask: what kind of future are we personally shaping? On April 12, we gather at Yandex Hall to explore this question with depth and responsibility. “Vision of the Future” is not about abstract predictions. It is about the decisions, innovations, and values that define tomorrow - starting today. This edition will bring together voices reflecting on leadership in uncertainty, ethical innovation, evolving identities, entrepreneurship, and social transformation. These are people building, challenging, and rethinking systems - not just talking about them.
