At VinUni, she became Vice President of UpYouth, where she and her team developed two flagship initiatives: TechYouth, a startup incubation program, and HackYouth, a hackathon in collaboration with HackMIT. Alongside her leadership journey, she gained early professional exposure through Work-Study roles at VinUniversity’s External Engagement Office and President & Provost Office, followed by multidisciplinary internships in external affairs, consulting, strategy, and legal practice at the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, KPMG, and Dentons LuatViet. She began her career at Masan Group as a Strategy & Development Intern and, after six months, became Executive Assistant to the Group CEO while also serving as a Strategy & Development Analyst. She currently works as Trade & PMO Senior Executive, coordinating market expansion programs across the group.
