Drawing from personal experience, research, and leadership practice, Matthew teaches how influence is not control, but the ethical transmission of belief and direction that transforms individuals, organizations, and generations

• Michael Lattanzio

  Michael Lattanzio is a startup operator, educator, and researcher focusing on the next frontier in innovation and entrepreneurship processes. His work sits at the intersection of venture building, founder education, and the study of how innovation methods are made, combined, and deployed across accelerators, incubators, and venture ecosystems. He has over a decade of combined experience helping build and scale ventures like Openbay, training founders in accelerator programs, and teaching in the classroom.

• Sung-Yun (Ashley) Chung

  Sung-Yun (Ashley) Chung is a brand strategist, researcher, and Assistant Professor of Marketing. Her research focuses on internal branding, brand co-creation, and brand auditing, exploring the gap between brand identity and customer experience. A former luxury hotel professional turned academic, she authored Brand Talk: From Brand Basics to Branding Cases. Ashley consults brands across industries, bridging research and real-world practice.
