• Dr. Saikat Kar

  Dr. Saikat Kar is a physician-scientist, neuroscience researcher, and educator, redefining what it means to achieve excellence from the world’s often-overlooked corners. Founder and Director of CodonMind Nexus Private Limited, he is on a mission to transform Tripura into a hub of neuroscience research and education, proving that world-class innovation has no geographic boundaries. A first-generation college graduate from Agartala, Dr. Kar earned his MBBS from Agartala Government Medical College, pursued advanced research in Integrative Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, and trained in Clinical Research at Harvard Medical School. Despite opportunities abroad, he chose to return home, mentoring over 600 students and building research capacity locally through CodonMind Nexus.

He's also an accomplished TEDx speaker, sharing his experiences and insights with audiences. Harsha's journey is an inspiration, from being an introvert to becoming a popular actor and comedian. He's a mechanical engineering graduate from Chaitanya Engineering College and has even hosted his own talk show, "Tamasha with Harsha," on Aha.
