  Charanjot Singh Nanda is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in audit, governance, and financial regulation. He served as the 73rd President of ICAI , the world's largest accounting body , leading over 450,000 Chartered Accountants across India and globally. He has represented profession at SEBI, IRDAI, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He was instrumental in leading India to become the world's first country to issue Forensic Accounting & Investigation Standards - now a global benchmark for the profession. He is an Independent Director at 360 ONE Global Asset Management & Senior Partner of C J S Nanda & Associates, New Delhi. He is the recipient of the Economic Times Leadership Excellence Award 2025 for transformative governance of the accounting profession

As Country Head of JSS Medical Research India, he continues to shape global clinical research while championing innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centric care. • Dr. Pramod Bhargava

  An accomplished academician with 20 years of experience a researcher with almost 50 publications and an author with 7 books. He holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Com., and UGC-NET qualification, specializing in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, and Financial Analysis. ,he guided a number of research scholars, and actively contributed as a resource person, keynote speaker, and academic administrator at various international and national platforms . His professional interests include teaching innovation, research excellence, and institutional development. The other shade of Dr. Bhargava is that he is a wonderful poet having a collection of 150 poems in Urdu and Hindi. Dr. Bhargava has always working with a vision to serve deprived sections of the society. He always believes that Academics must not focus on excellence but on relevance. • Lt Gen (Dr) Kamal Jit Singh, PVSM, AVSM & Bar (Veteran)

  Lt Gen (Dr) Kamal Jit Singh, PVSM, AVSM & Bar (Veteran) is a distinguished soldier-scholar & strategic thinker with nearly 5 decades of service to the nation. He has commanded key operational formations of the Indian Army, including the Western Army Command, Sikkim Corps, and an Armoured Division, leading missions along the Pakistan and Sino-Indian borders and overseeing counter-terrorism operations in Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and Northeast. He also served on a UN peace mission in Angola, earning the UN Force Commander’s citation for bravery. Over his career, he received the PVSM, AVSM & Bar, multiple Army commendations, & recognition as “Eminent Punjabi” by the Government of Punjab. Post-retirement, Lt Gen Singh continues to contribute through academia, public policy, defence manufacturing & cyber security. He holds a PhD in Defence Studies, serves as Honorary Professor at Panjab University and Professor of Practice at Chandigarh University, and is the author of two acclaimed books.

  Navnita (Nav) Gautam is a Canadian Certified Athletic Therapist and the 1st Certified Female Athletic Therapist in India, working across elite professional sport, including LIV Golf, the DP World Tour, the Indian Premier League (IPL), particularly RCB, and the Women's Premier League (WPL). Her expertise spans athlete recovery, injury risk reduction, performance rehabilitation, manual therapy, load monitoring, and return-to-performance planning. She has worked with athletes in some of the world's most demanding competitive environments, helping them optimize recovery, resilience, and long-term performance. Through her work, Nav explores how advances in recovery science, technology, and nervous system regulation are reshaping human performance.
