• Alberto Cecchini

  Civil Engineer, Executive & Rotary International Board Director

  A civil engineer, executive, and Sole Director and Technical Director of Idroesse Engineering, Alberto Cecchini built his professional career in major infrastructure, coordinating complex projects and operating within international contexts over the years. Since 2015, he has led the renewal and consolidation of Idroesse Engineering, a company carrying forward the legacy of Italian engineering excellence active since 1927. Parallel to his career, for over thirty years he has maintained a strong commitment to international service and cooperation through Rotary. This journey led him to hold numerous leadership positions, culminating in his role as Board Director of Rotary International for the 2022–2024 term, engaging with diverse communities and global organizations worldwide

• Dafne Bianchi

  Professional Dancer, Choreographer & Instructor

  Born and raised in Bellagio on Lake Como, Dafne Bianchi discovered dance almost by chance during a stay in Lecco following a landslide that temporarily cut off transport links to her hometown. That encounter quickly turned into a passion destined to become the focal point of her life. Her initial training in the small lakeside village soon gave way to new opportunities. In 2012, Dafne moved to Paris, where she studied for three years at the Juste Debout School and deepened her path in the world of urban dance. It was within this underground scene that she discovered Dancehall—a style that would become a fundamental part of her artistic identity and earn her recognition on the international battle circuit, both as a competitor and as a judge.

  Food & Wine Communicator Strategist

  Filippo Polidori is a communicator, entrepreneur, and food & wine specialist. Having trained alongside renowned gastronome Luigi Veronelli, he has developed extensive expertise in enogastronomy, brand strategy, and food culture. Throughout his career, he has focused on promoting food and wine heritage not just as consumer products, but as vital expressions of culture, regional identity, and human connections.

• Francesca Biagioli

  Cultural Producer, Creative Director & Founder of WeAreBeside

  Founder of WeAreBeside, Francesca Biagioli has worked for years in culture, publishing, and creative design, developing formats, exhibitions, and projects that make cultural content accessible to broad and diverse audiences. Her professional journey spans cultural programming, creative direction, and the curation of exhibitions and events. Prior to founding WeAreBeside, she served as Head of Exhibitions and Bookshops at 24 ORE Cultura, overseeing the development and realization of major exhibition projects. Through WeAreBeside, she continues to explore the intersection of culture, creativity, and communication—transforming complex themes into engaging, accessible experiences. Her work bridges art, design, cinema, and publishing, bringing to life exhibition formats, graphic novel series, and new editorial properties.

• Marco Spinelli

  Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist

  Care begins with welcoming A Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist at the IRCCS San Gerardo Hospital in Monza, Dr. Marco Spinelli dedicates his work to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of children and adolescents affected by hematological and onco-hematological diseases. He is part of the Pediatric Hemato-Oncology team at the Maria Letizia Verga Center, a facility dedicated to research and care in the field of pediatric blood disorders

• Sara Monterisi & Cristina bonfanti Monterisi

  Midwifes and Nurses

  Sara Holding a diploma in Professional Nursing, she earned her University Degree in Midwifery from the University of Milan in 1996. She worked for many years as a midwife in the delivery ward and operating theater at Manzoni Hospital in Lecco. Currently, she is fully dedicated to supporting parents and their babies, coordinating courses (prenatal classes, infant massage, and pregnancy fitness) and providing birth support (both hospital and home births). Cristina Bonfanti, born in Oggiono in 1967, has a professional background strongly focused on continuity of care and integrative medicine. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1985 and a Midwife since 1993, having worked in the Obstetrics Department at the Hospital of Lecco from 1994 to 2001. Since 1998, she has been practicing independently at Centro Jesta. Additionally, for many years, she served as a university lecturer for the Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Milano-Bicocca

• Simonetta Musitano

  Actress, Writer & Stand-Up Comedian

  Actress, writer, and stand-up comedian, Simonetta Musitano has established herself on the Italian comedy scene through a direct, irreverent, and deeply personal style. Following her theater training and early acting experiences, she began focusing on stand-up comedy in 2022, turning personal experiences and social commentary into monologues that entertain, provoke thought, and challenge everyday assumptions. Her career has taken her to the stages of Comedy Central Live and Propaganda Live, bringing her comedy to television audiences as well. In parallel, she has built a strong social media presence, using irony to overturn prejudice, stereotypes, and clichés, offering a fresh perspective on everyday reality.
