With over 15 years of experience as a learning and transformation leader, I work on creating opportunities for people to grow, leading global initiatives that have helped thousands build skills, confidence, and future-ready mindsets. • Afnaan Khan

  Senior Associate - Legal, RSG

  Afnaan Omer Khan is a commercial lawyer and debate adjudicator who spends his working life on a single question: how does a good argument actually win? As legal counsel in private equity, he advises companies on cross-border contracts, data privacy, and regulatory matters that span Indian, United States, and European law. He came to that work through the courtroom, with early litigation across the consumer goods, insurance, and construction sectors, spanning consumer, corporate, and criminal matters before commissions, trial courts, and High Courts across India.

• Bhaavya Garg

  Student

  Bhaavya Garg is a Class 12 student with a deep interest in science, psychology, and the ways technology shapes human thought and behavior. Curious about how people navigate pressure, ambition, and identity in an increasingly connected world, she explores questions of resilience, balance, and growth through reflection and conversation.

• Girish Kapur

  Senior VP and Site Head - USP

  Girish oversees all operations at USP’s India facilities,including Science,HR,Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT and maintains connections with external stakeholders, including local, regional, and national authorities and customers in the pharmaceutical industry. His visionary leadership was key in transforming USP’s Hyderabad facilities from a lab-focused operation into a thriving team of more than 400+ staff, delivering critical operations in information services, quality assurance, customer experience, data analytics, human resources and finance.He was responsible for integrating and consolidating laboratory operations.He navigated the challenges of the COVID-19, expanded USP infrastructure by adding two additional sites,and led programs and initiatives focused on Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging.

• Maruti Venkata

  Director - D.E. Shaw India

  Maruti Venkata is a technology leader working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, finance, and strategy, serving as a Director in the technology vertical of D. E. Shaw India, a leading global investment management firm. In his current role, he leads the technical team for the firm’s largest discretionary business unit and co-leads the Generative AI infrastructure team, building platforms that support research, decision-making in high-stakes financial environments. With more than a decade and a half of experience in asset management and broader finance, he has architected technology infrastructures that power complex financial modelling and data-driven investment processes. He holds a B.Tech from Thapar University, an M.S. from BITS Pilani, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from PMI. Beyond industry, he serves on advisory boards at academic institutions.

• Naisha Alahari

  Student

  Naisha is a Grade 10 student, scholar, speaker, and aspiring entrepreneur who combines academic excellence with a passion for leadership, literature, and community impact. Having developed her public speaking skills by sharing Indian culture with peers abroad, she now frequently represents her school in competitions and enjoys inspiring others through leadership. An avid reader, writer, runner, and volunteer, Naisha is currently working with the Ratnanidhi Social Foundation to create animated stories that introduce Indian culture and heritage to young audiences. Guided by her motto, “Study hard, play hard,” she embraces every opportunity to learn, lead, and make a meaningful difference.

• Rajeshwari Iyer

  Director of Media, PR, & Events - Bend The Spoon Marketing

  Rajeswari Iyer began her media career in 1979, quickly becoming a role model for women in non-STEM fields. She excelled in the field of Public Relations, becoming General Secretary of the Public Relations Society of India (Hyderabad Chapter) in 2001 and winning the President’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to PR in 2002. At 42, she became the CEO of a pan-India PR agency, later associating with Edelman PR. At 50, she founded the Young Communicators Forum to promote equal education. At 60, she produced Telangana’s first virtual musical concert that received many awards. Currently, at 65, she is the Director of Media, PR & Events at Bend The Spoon Marketing and a National Council Member of PRSI, actively contributing to the Nalanda Students Forum. She has also been a ghost writer of 11 lessons on Event Management and PR for EMRC.

• Sai Chandravadhan Bommadevara

  Executive Director - PwC

  Sai Chandravadhan Bommadevara is an Executive Director at PwC India with 26 years of experience, specializing in regulatory risk and governance advisory. He designs robust compliance frameworks (DLRC) and automated systems for multinational conglomerates across sectors like IT, BFSI, and Pharma amongst others. A strategic partner to CFOs and General Counsel, Sai excels in identifying systemic gaps and implementing risk-mitigation matrices globally. Beyond the boardroom, Sai is an acclaimed author of dark and epic fantasy. He uniquely bridges the gap between risk management and storytelling, exploring human perception and decision-making in both reality and fiction.

• Sanjay Paitundy

  Associate Director

  Sanjay is a technology leader and data solution architect based in Hyderabad, with over a decade of experience building large ‑ scale data and digital platforms for global organizations. He currently works as an Associate Director, where he helps teams turn complex data into meaningful insights that power innovation and smarter decision‑making. Beyond his professional role, he is passionate about learning, curiosity, and helping young minds understand how technology can be used responsibly to solve real‑world problems. As a parent himself, he strongly believes that today’s students are not just future users of technology, but future creators and leaders shaping a better world.

• Sristi Pramanik

  My name is Sristi Pramanik and I'm a 2022 graduate of Delhi Public School Miyapur. I am currently pursuing my B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at VIT Chennai. Beyond academics and experimenting with the world of technology, I enjoy writing, music, and exploring myriad genres through movies and TV shows. I love discovering new ideas and perspectives, and I’m excited to share my own as a TEDx speaker.

• Vibhushita Sharma

  Student and Author

  Vibhushita Sharma, a student of Delhi Public School Miyapur, is someone who finds meaning in both logic and creativity. Currently pursuing commerce, she scored an outstanding 98.8% in Grade 10 while continuing to devote herself to the arts - a balance that reflects both discipline and imagination. For Vibhushita, art is not limited to a single form of expression. She is a writer, musician, and artist who believes creativity is one of the most human ways of connection with the world. She is the author of Bouquet of Starlight, a collection of poems shaped by reflection and emotion. Alongside writing, she has completed five grades of Trinity music examinations with merit, and spends much of her time sketching and exploring various forms of art. With the rise of generative AI, Vibhushita urges thoughtful conversation about authenticity and humanity. Through her speech, she invites the audience to look beyond convenience and reconsider the role creativity in making art truly meaningful.

  Zayan is a Grade 10 student at DPS Miyapur with a passion for science, innovation, and space exploration. An active participant in debates, Model United Nations, public speaking, and interschool competitions, he is deeply interested in current affairs, global issues, and scientific research. Driven by curiosity and a love for learning, he aspires to contribute to humanity through innovation and discovery.
