In its third edition, TEDxUComillas explores passion as a real, evolving force in our lives — not as an idealized dream, but as the thread that connects vocation, discipline, emotion, ambition, and growth. Through honest and personal talks, our speakers will share how they discovered their passions, how they sustain them through doubt and failure, and how they navigate the tension between purpose, success, and professional reality. This event is designed for young people who are still searching — who don’t have everything figured out, but are brave enough to ask meaningful questions. TEDxUComillas aims not just to inspire, but to humanize the journeys behind remarkable careers, reminding us that building a life with purpose is a process — and that uncertainty is part of the path. Because passion is not a destination. It’s a way of moving forward.

  • Ali Gordo

    Corporate Marketing Officer Telefónica

    Alicia Gordo Moreno is a marketing professional passionate about translating technology into a language people can understand. She studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at the University of Navarra. After 14 years within the Group, she has recently been appointed Business Manager to the Global Director of Corporate Communication and Marketing at Telefónica Group, where she supports the definition and execution of the company’s global corporate communication and marketing strategy, including brand identity, corporate advertising, and sponsorships. She is recognized for her ability to inspire innovation and marketing teams to work with purpose and clarity, and for promoting a leadership style that combines impact, clarity, and creativity—something reflected in the numerous leadership courses she has completed. As she says: “I believe in companies with soul, communication with purpose, and team leadership that drives innovation with impact.”

  • Beatriz Crespo

    Microhábitos Saludables Founder | 2 Ph.D

    Beatriz Crespo Ruiz holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Valencia and has earned two doctoral degrees *Cum Laude*. She is the CEO and founder of Freedom & Flow, an artificial intelligence platform focused on optimizing corporate wellbeing, and co-founder of Healthy Pills Institute, the first virtual training center for individuals with medical conditions. Throughout her career, she has combined scientific research with technological entrepreneurship, applying data science and AI to corporate health and preventive medicine. She is the author of the book *Healthy Micro-Habits*, an instructor on LinkedIn Learning, and an international speaker at conferences on Science, Health, and Technology. She has been recognized among Spain’s Top 100 Women Leaders, the Top 100 Disruptive and Innovative Leaders, and the Nova 111 List in the Healthcare & Life Sciences category.

Her journey is defined by initiative, the ability to mobilize communities, and the conviction that young talent needs spaces where it can be seen, celebrated, and projected into the future.

  • Cristina Dolan

    MIT Alum | RSA Security Managing Director

    Cristina Dolan is a technology executive, entrepreneur, public company board director, engineer, and academic specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital trust. Currently, she is CEO of Prime Radiant, a company focused on protecting executives and organizations from modern digital risk. She currently serves as an independent board director of SEALSQ and has held leadership roles at IBM, Oracle Corporation, RSA Security, and The Walt Disney Company. Cristina is a Senior Lecturer at Columbia University, a Cybersecurity Fellow and alumna of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and co-author of two books on cybersecurity and ESG governance. In addition, she was an accomplished athlete, 1st in the USA Nationals and 2nd in the World Championships in Skeleton and a member of the USA Womens First Bobsled Team.

    Francisco “Curro” Rodríguez is an entrepreneur from Málaga with nearly 30 years of experience in the creation and development of multiple businesses, particularly in the fields of entrepreneurship and international business management. He is currently the CEO of LY Company Group, a holding company that brings together brands and businesses across various sectors, most notably LY Company (including the water brand “OnlyWater”), with a presence in multiple countries and strong expertise in private label management. His career is defined by value creation through his own ventures, strategic leadership, and the development of projects with global impact.

    Innovation and Leadership Strategist

    Mónica Casanova is a strategist, mentor, and professor specializing in decision-making in contexts of uncertainty. She supports entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations through processes of strategic redefinition and adaptation to change, helping them interpret the present with clarity when traditional models no longer work. She is the creator of the concept *Emergence Era*, a framework that explores how to build and lead in post-disruption environments, connecting strategy, identity, and sustainable transformation.

    Pedro Clavería is a technology entrepreneur and CEO of Playtomic, the world’s largest court booking platform and digital community for racket sports.
