Jowyn holds an MBA from INSEAD and coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Gallup.

  • Loic Brachet

Loic started his trading career in Paris in 2001, and ended up in biodiesel. Not the glamorous commodity. But he built something lasting with it. He built Repsol's Asian biofuels origination business from the ground up in Singapore, led Hartree Partners' APAC biofuels desk, and today heads biofuels trading at Aramco Trading Company — where he architects FuelEU Maritime and IMO Net Zero strategy for one of the world's largest energy companies. His core insight: in biofuels, regulations don't just shape the market — they are the market. The traders who win aren't those with the best models. They're the ones who read the regulatory landscape and move first. Loic's talk breaks down how compliance obligations become commercial positions, and what the shipping, aviation, and energy industries must do now to stay ahead of the decarbonisation curve.

  • Vivek Mahapatra

Vivek has lived through every major wave of enterprise technology — software, cloud, platform ecosystems, and now AI — and spent his career focused on the hardest part of each: making the technology work in the real world, with real customers, at real scale. He founded two startups — both acquired — before spending 12+ years at Salesforce across Solution Engineering, Sales, Product Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, and AI Product. He was part of the founding team for Agentforce, building the go-to-market from scratch and taking it from zero to revenue in under a year. He also helped stand up Salesforce's Forward Deployed Engineering function, shaping its operating model, hiring profiles, and the onboarding playbook that let it scale. Today he advises PE firms on AI value creation — running deal-side diligence, pressure-testing investment theses, and helping partners separate genuine opportunity from hype.
