Ajana Lolat - Pažarauskienė
Ajana Lolat - Pažarauskienė is a Lithuanian social innovator, world-record-holding endurance athlete and disability advocate. She holds a Guinness World Records title for the greatest distance covered in crutches in 12 hours. She is also a doctoral researcher in management and social innovation, Ajana focuses on creating systematic solutions that expand opportunity and dignity for marginalized communities. Lolat - Pažarauskienė is the founder of the Mulan Foundation, an initiative dedicated to training and providing assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities.
Diana Zagainova
Diana Zagainova is a professional athlete, a PUMA ambassador, a mental coach, and an Identity & Performance Mentor. She combines elite sports experiences with coaching expertise to help individuals or their teams develop resilience, clarity, and personal performance. Zagainova has competed internationally as a triple jumper in the Olympic Games, achieving national records and representing Lithuania at major championships. In her work as a mentor and coach she supports people in juggling identity, goals, and performance under pressure, drawing on her own journey of mental training and self‑discovery both on and off the field.
Gedas Paulauskas
Gedas Paulauskas is a chemistry and physics teacher for both IB and national classes at KJJG. He is a graduate of KTU faculty of chemistry and VU physics faculty. Along with that he is a very beloved member of KJJG community, fostering curiosity, learning and encouraging many with his kindness and charisma.
Jurgita Plisienė
Jurgita Plisienė is a Lithuanian cardiologist, medical professor and leader in cardiovascular health. She trained in cardiology at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and completed doctoral studies at RWTH Aachen University in Germany. Plisienė has over 20 years of clinical and research experience, she serves as a Professor at LSMU and heads the Consultation and Diagnostics Department at Kauno klinikos Cardiology Clinic. Jurgita Plisienė has led major clinical programs, contributed to numerous scientific publications, and actively promotes heart disease prevention and education. She has received national recognition, including being awarded the titles "Metų kaunietė" (Kaunas Citizen of the Year) and "Metų Lietuvos kardiologė" for her impact on public health and cardiology in Lithuania. She has also appeared as a health expert on television and public forums to raise awareness about cardiovascular risk and care.
Meda Šlepikaitė
Meda is a student interested in art, constantly exploring various techniques and challenging herself. A few of her works have been showcased at art exhibitions. As a person with ADHD, she is very curious about and tries to raise awareness about such topics.
Patricija Česonytė
Patricija Česonytė is an English teacher at KJJG. She is an experienced debater and currently the organizer of public speaking club at our school. She is interested in literature, especially poetry and is part of the Discourse magazine team overlooking poetry and visual art.
Paulius Senūta
Paulius Senūta is the powerhouse behind Not Perfect Network, one of the Baltics’ top creative agencies. He’s the strategic brain helping brands like Lidl, Švyturys, and Biovela stand out from the crowd. Senūta was a key driver behind the global civic initiative “Call Russia,” which saw volunteers from 132 countries making over 130,000 calls to spark honest dialogue during the war. He also challenges our reality as an author. His debut novel, "Sphere", proves he’s just as comfortable weaving complex narratives as he is landing big business deals.
Saulė Liesytė
Saulė Liesytė is a sport psychologist and founder of Talentų psichologija, dedicated to helping athletes and high-performance performers develop crucial mental skills. She works with individuals and teams to integrate evidence-based psychological strategies into training and competitions, she writes and speaks on the role of mindset, pressure management and performance psychology in sport and other performance-driven domains.
Vladas Lašas
Lithuanian entrepreneur, technologist, and business leader. He is the CEO and Co-founder of UAB Skubios Siuntos and Co-owner of the industrial automation company Elinta. He has a PhD in computer science and is recognized internationally with honours like the Oslo Business for peace Award for ethical and socially responsible business leadership.
