  • Abdulaziz Dharman

    Abdulaziz Dharman is Director of Internal Affairs at Aspetar. Qatari professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership, human resources and organizational development. He holds an MSc in Equine Science from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from Qatar University. Alongside his executive career, he has developed deep expertise in equine behavior and training. In his TED Talk, “The Four-Legged Mirror,” Abdulaziz explores how horses reflect human emotions and leadership patterns, sharing how equine science has shaped his approach to emotional intelligence, communication, and authentic leadership.

  • Dr. Bahar Hassanmirzaei

    Dr. Bahar is a sports medicine physician and football medicine researcher with over 12 years of experience in hospitals, emergency departments, and professional sports across more than 10 countries. She is completing a PhD in risk management in professional football and pursuing an MBA in healthcare. She was the top graduate of the Asian Football Confederation’s “Empowering Women in Football” program. In her TED Talk, Bahar explores how people can share the same words yet understand different meanings. Through powerful clinical stories, she shows how lived experience shapes perception and why recognizing these “shades” of understanding is essential for better communication and leadership.

  • Dr. Milos Bojovic

    Dr. Milos Bojovic is a Sports Medicine physician at Aspetar, working at the intersection of clinical practice, research, and innovation. His expertise spans musculoskeletal medicine, regenerative therapies, and athletes’ longevity. Passionate about translating science into real-world impact, Dr. Bojovic’s work centers on helping people - from elite athletes to everyday individuals. Through practice, research, clinical innovation, and global lectures, he challenges how we think about injuries, limits, and human potential.

  • Nawaf Al Mawlawi

    Nawaf Al Mawlawi is a student with a passion for both debate and horseback riding. As a debater, he enjoys engaging with complex ideas, developing strong communication skills, and learning how to think critically and articulate his perspectives with confidence. Alongside this, he is a dedicated equestrian, where horseback riding has taught him discipline, patience, and focus. Balancing these two pursuits has helped shape his character, resilience, and ability to perform both mentally and physically

  • Rana Azzaoui

    Rana Azzaoui is a student at Lycée Bonaparte and an active member of the MUN Fellowship Program, where she has developed strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. She will share how being proactive shapes confidence, builds momentum, and opens doors to success.

  • Saamia Shahid

    Saamia Shahid began turning her thoughts into poetry at just eight years old—using words to make sense of feelings she didn’t yet have answers for. Today, as a student at the Swiss International School in Qatar and the published author of Tangled Thoughts, she writes with honesty and vulnerability about the realities of teenage life identity, independence, and the quiet struggles many are afraid to voice. In her talk, ‘More Than Entertainment,’ Saamia invites us to look beyond the shows we grew up with and reflect on how they may have shaped not just what we watched, but who we became

  • Yahya Ghachem

    Yahya is an 11-year-old athlete who has already spent more than half his life on the football pitch. He is deeply passionate about the beautiful game, and through dedication, discipline, and countless hours of training, football has become more than a sport for him—it is a classroom. Today, he is not just representing the badge on his shirt, but sharing the powerful lessons football has taught him about focus, resilience, teamwork, and growth. He will show us how the game can sharpen the mind, build character, and inspire positive change.
