  • Dr. Palak Sheth

    Dr. Palak Sheth is the Founder & Director of Eduprogress and Research Pvt. Ltd., a leading education consulting firm that supports the establishment and strategic growth of higher education institutions in India. He holds a Ph.D. in “Building World-Class Universities in India,” an MBA in Marketing, and a BE in Chemical Engineering. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Sheth has played a key role in the development of several prominent institutions, including Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gujarat Maritime University, State Institute of Hotel Management, and Indrashil University, and has collaborated with the Government of Gujarat on initiatives spanning energy, education, and industrial development. His research interests include higher education policy implementation, university governance, financial sustainability, and internationalization, and he continues to guide educational leaders and institutions in achieving excellence and long-term impact.

  • Kamal Dabawala

    Kamal Dabawala is a change agent by passion and a Learning & Development consultant by profession, with over two decades of experience working with organisations in India and internationally. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Continuous Learning Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation providing Learning & Development Solutions, HR consulting, and business advisory services. Kamal has designed and delivered 2,500+ learning interventions, impacting over 200,000 professionals across eight countries, from frontline teams to senior leadership. A nature and adventure enthusiast, he has completed certified courses in Rock Climbing and Wildlife Conservation and accomplished the Everest Base Camp expedition. He is widely recognised for high-impact experiential learning (OBT) programmes. A certified HR & Business Excellence Assessor with CII and an International Training Fellow (ITF) certified by JCI, USA, he brings a practical, human-centred leadership perspective.

  • Kunalsinh Kathia

    Kunalsinh Kathia is a transformative engineering educator and Professor at Saffrony Institute of Technology, with 15+ years at the nexus of design, robotics, and digital transformation. A lifelong researcher, he advances AI‑driven generative design and integrates IoT, robotics, and advanced manufacturing into curricula while mentoring BAJA SAE teams. He champions a “Think–Make–Break–Repeat” ethos. Founder of Vaayu AI and creator of Shodh search, he builds practical tools that accelerate research and learning. Author of The Prompt Framework: Crafting Effective AI Queries (Amazon) and a teacher‑trainer for NEP and AI in education, he is a recognized voice in AI literacy. His contributions toward Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness programs were recognized by GTU with a Platinum Category Award. With a Master’s in Machine Design, he teaches with AI as a co‑pilot: blending technical rigor with human‑centered pedagogy to help learners and institutions thrive in the “new normal".

  • Tushar Shukla

    Tushar Durgeshbhai Shukla is a celebrated Indian poet, author, lyricist, and media personality known for his influential work in Gujarati literature and culture. He was honoured with the Padma Shri in 2025 in the field of Literature and Education, India’s fourth-highest civilian award, for his contributions to literature and communication. He began his career with All India Radio (AIR) in 1979, where he worked as an announcer and later served as Station Director of AIR Rajkot, shaping broadcasting programs that connected with audiences. He has authored over 30 books, including poetry and essays that explore human relationships, social values, and life’s deeper meanings, many of which are widely read. In addition to his literary work, he has written songs and dialogues for television and Gujarati films, and his poems have been performed by leading artists. He also contributes as a columnist and mentors aspiring communicators, inspiring readers and listeners across generations.
