It suggests moving past conventional limits to achieve a new level of success. Redefine: This is the cognitive phase. It requires you to challenge existing definitions, assumptions, and constraints. You are changing the meaning of your goals or your role within a system. Reinvent: This is the creative and strategic phase. Once definitions have changed, your methods, tools, and processes must evolve. Reinvention is about discarding outdated models to build something more agile and relevant. Rise: This is the execution phase. It is the result of the previous two steps—taking action to elevate yourself, your organization, or your output to a higher tier of performance. Beyond the Blueprint: This implies that the current "plans," "standard operating procedures," or "best practices" are no longer sufficient. It encourages moving into uncharted territory where creativity matters more than following established instruction. Shifting Paradigms: This refers to a fundamental change in approach or underlying assumptions. It’s not just doing things differently; it’s seeing the entire landscape through a new lens (e.g., moving from a product-centered mindset to a user-centric one). Scaling Heights: This represents the ultimate outcome—growth, expansion, and reaching new peaks of achievement that were previously thought unattainable.

    Justin Thomas is a 4th semester BCA student at Christ Academy Institute for Advanced Studies, Bengaluru, with a distinguished record in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. A two-time International Innovation Accelerator champion and two-time National Venture Startup champion, Justin has consistently competed and won at the highest levels, representing his institution against delegates from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and across 20 Indian states. He is also a nationally ranked participant of the CEO Vanguard Program and a National Research Award recipient. A software generalist and cloud-native developer, Justin builds at the intersection of technology and real-world impact, driven by the belief that the most extraordinary outcomes belong to those who act before the world is ready for them.

  • KARTHIK CHANDRAKANT

    AI Practitioner (ex-Amazon) | Author | TEDx Speaker

    Karthik Chandrakant is an AI practitioner with over 14 years of global experience building AI-driven products, platforms, and Data Science solutions. He began his career as a Data Scientist at Mu Sigma, solving complex business problems for Fortune 100 companies. He later joined Infogain before moving to Amazon. At Amazon, he worked on pricing analytics and led Alexa AI (Knowledge) initiatives for the ANZ region. Currently, Karthik is a Senior VP, Head of Data Science & AI at Imarticus Learning, where he built and scaled a high-impact AI team from 1 to over 60 members. His team focuses on developing BI solutions, ML, NLP, and GenAI applications along with driving AI training and delivery programs. Recently launched his book 'AI Essentials', published by Vibrant Publishers, distills practical insights from his experience building real-world AI solutions.

    Rajesh Roy is an entrepreneur and experiential travel innovator, best known as the founder of Roy Cruiser—a platform that curates unique self-drive road trips and international driving expeditions. He began his professional career in the corporate world, where he gained valuable exposure to business operations and client cosystems. However, the desire to create something of his own pushed him to step out of stability and into uncertainty. He eventually found his calling in creating experiences that bring people together. This led to the founding of Roy Cruiser, which over the past six years has grown into a thriving community of travelers and automobile enthusiasts. In December 2025, his team achieved a major milestone by executing one of the largest international convoy movements, earning recognition from both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records.

    Sarah Sarosh is a YouTuber, beauty and lifestyle content creator, and entrepreneur, who has been at the forefront of redefining how young Indian women see themselves online. In 2025, she walked the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, spotlighting South Asian influence and indie beauty innovation on an international stage. In the same year, 2025, she became the first beauty creator to perform on the YouTube FanFest Main Stage, marking a breakthrough moment for creators who had long been considered niche. In 2023, she was featured on the Forbes India Top 100 Digital Stars list, and her PAC x Sarah makeup line became a reference point for creator-led products built on genuine audience insight rather than trend-chasing.
