  2013年 株式会社ワンダーマートを設立。 6次産業化による農家の食品製造業への参入や、異業種からの 食品製造業・飲食業への参入が広がり、商品開発のあり方は多様になっている。そんな流れの中で、新しい視点での商品開発には専門性が必要だと考え、アドバイス事業を行う会社を組織化した。 「やりたいこと」と「続けていけること」を両立させるため、 事業者に寄り添いながら、実行まで伴走する支援を行っている。 Founded Wonder Mart Co., Ltd. in 2013. With the expansion of farmers entering the food manufacturing industry through the sixth-sector approach and businesses from other industries entering the food manufacturing and restaurant sectors, the nature of product development has become increasingly diverse. Recognizing that product development from a new perspective requires specialized expertise amid this trend, she organized a company to provide advisory services. To help businesses balance “what they want to do” with “what they can sustain,” she works closely with them, providing support that accompanies them all the way through to implementation

  東京都内のインターナショナルスクールに勤務。複数の国・地域で育ち学んだ経験をもとに、「Learning to live together（共に生きることを学ぶ）」を軸とした教育を実践。グローバルとローカルの視点を総合し、生涯にわたり学び続け、社会に前向きな変化をもたらす人材を生み出すべく活動している。 Mako Kato is an international educator based in Tokyo. Drawing on her experience growing up across different countries and regions, she pursues an educational approach centered on “Learning to live together.” By integrating both global and local perspectives, she seeks to nurture lifelong learners who contribute to positive change in society.

• 真壁 香穂

  外見の変化をきっかけに「自分らしく生きる人を増やしたい」という想いから、宮城県仙台市でイメージコンサルティングサロンを運営。外見ブランディングやファッションを通じて、自信を持って人生を選べる女性をサポートしている。自身も19歳で出産し、子育てと仕事を両立しながら起業。現在は女性の可能性を広げる活動にも力を入れている。 Inspired by her own transformation, she runs an image consulting salon in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, driven by a desire to “help more people live authentically.” Through personal branding and fashion, she supports women in making confident life choices. She gave birth at age 19 and started her business while balancing parenting and work. She is currently dedicated to activities that expand opportunities for women.
