  Kavita Joshi Dharmadhikari is a Leadership Coach. Currently working as a Life Skills Trainer, and Assistant Professor in Marketing & Communication at Ethames Business School, Hyderabad. With over 20 years of experience across banking and academia, she brings a powerful blend of industry expertise and educational insight to her work. A Sales & Marketing Strategist and Payment Solutions Specialist by background, Kavita is passionate about preparing individuals for a rapidly evolving, AI-driven world. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application, with a strong emphasis on communication, personal development, and building meaningful networks. Known for her engaging storytelling and practical approach, Kavita inspires audiences to rethink learning, embrace change, and build purpose-driven careers.

  Nanditha Adigela is a BCA third-year student at Ethames College with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and cybersecurity. She is part of the Chairman’s Circle program, reflecting her academic commitment and active participation in leadership-oriented initiatives. Her focus lies in understanding how technology is reshaping careers and helping students build future-ready skills such as adaptability, critical thinking, and digital fluency. She has contributed to academic presentations, business pitches, and student discussions centered around innovation and real-world problem solving. Beyond academics, Nanditha has actively participated in badminton and has achieved recognition in Olympiad competitions. She is also a spelling bee winner, highlighting her strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Naresh Dubbudu

  Founder and CEO of Abhyaas Edu Technologies

  Naresh Dubbudu is a Gold Medalist and Distinguished Alumnus of NIT Warangal, a topper at IIM Bangalore, and a Stanford Business School exchange alumnus. He is a former McKinsey & Company consultant with 20 years of experience across education, automobiles, banking, and oil & petroleum sectors. He is the Founder & CEO of Abhyaas Edu Technologies and has spent over 15 years mentoring 1000+ NLU students. A member of the American Bar Association, he is committed to transforming education through impactful initiatives. He has served as Director at United World School of Business, Hyderabad, and as a Board Member of AIMS AP Chapter. A speaker with The Hindu Business Line, he is also a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, advising startups and contributing to strategic visioning at FACTLY and edtech firms like CUSMAT Technologies.

• Purna Chandra Rao Narra

• Sai Deraj Dacharaju

  Sai Deraj is a STEM-driven student innovator with strong interests in exponential thinking,finance,and public discourse.He was a Top 100 India Finalist in the Harvard Undergraduate Science Olympiad(HUSO),a national-level exam with over 1Lakh participants, reflecting his analytical ability and commitment to scientific problem-solving. Beyond academics,he has served as Opposition Leader in his school’s Youth Parliament,developing skills in debate, critical thinking, and leadership.He was also selected for the 2nd round of a Financial Literacy Program, showing early interest in economic systems. He has explored entrepreneurship through “Sreem & Co. Incense,” a venture prototype focused on branding and market positioning.He actively participates in sports like basketball and badminton and is interested in languages and cross-cultural communication.His core focus areas include technology-driven learning, financial awareness, public speaking, and empowering young leaders to adapt lead change

• Sreehitha Gangishetty

  Gangishetty Sreehitha is a Grade 9 student at Samyuktha School. She is a dedicated and curious learner with a strong interest in academic growth, public speaking, and meaningful idea-sharing. She actively participates in school events and speaking platforms to develop her communication skills and critical thinking abilities. She is also a young author and has written a book titled The Sage’s Lab of Wonders, reflecting her creativity and interest in storytelling. Her hobbies include reading, writing reflective thoughts, engaging in discussions, and exploring topics related to science and social awareness. She is focused on continuous self-improvement and developing leadership skills to contribute positively. She believes that young voices can inspire meaningful change and aims to encourage independent thinking and positive impact through her work.

• Venkat Muruki

  Founder and Director, The Excellencia Group and The Quantium School

  Venkat Muriki is the Founder and Director of The Excellencia Group and The Quantium School. An alumnus of the University of Hyderabad and the Indian School of Business (ISB), he has spent over two decades building a purposeful education network in Hyderabad that today includes 4 schools and 10 junior colleges, serving more than 6,000 students with a team of 800 educators and staff. His work focuses on creating learning environments that emphasise individualised learning, real world projects and strong mentorship, helping students build confidence and adaptability for the future.
