  Psychologist, Hypnotherapist

  Afag Hasanova — clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist and trainer. She has an education in Biology and Psychology, and continues her scientific activity in the field of industrial pharmacy at the master's level. She specializes in the fields of deep mechanisms of consciousness, trance processes, emotional regulation, trauma therapy, personality development and behavioral changes. She conducts practically oriented trainings and seminars for various audiences — psychologists, parents, teachers and students. She combines hypnotherapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Classical hypnotherapy, Erickson hypnosis and other modern psychotherapeutic methods to activate internal resources in people, increase self-confidence and restore psychological balance. Mission: to create transformation in their lives by awakening the power of people's consciousness.

  Associate Professor of Philosophy, Leading Researcher in Ethics, and Specialist in Eastern Philosophy

  Müşfig Ötgün is an associate professor of philosophical sciences, a leading researcher in Ethics, and a specialist in Eastern philosophy. He is known as a researcher in classical and Eastern philosophy; he is also the author of several books and translations on philosophical and socio-moral topics. One of his most famous works is the book The Unknown Confucius — in which he translated and interpreted the ideas of the ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius (based on the texts of "Lun Yu") into Azerbaijani. Müşfig Ötgün considers philosophy not just an academic analysis confined to university walls, but a real force that influences the formation of public life, values, and everyday worldviews. He works on topics such as “values, spirituality, humanity, ethical and cultural roots” — presenting an approach that questions and calls for rethinking the philosophical, cultural, and ethical views of society.

• Rashid Bayramli,

  Candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Business Consultant

  Rashid Bayramli graduated from the Baku Engineering University, Faculty of Economics and Management, majoring in Business Management, and received his Master's degree in Management from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, defending his dissertation topic on the topic "Comparative analysis of trends in the management of SMEs in an automated environment: on the scale of Azerbaijan and Turkey" with a high average. He is currently a participant in the Ph.D. program in Economics at Bahçeşehir University, one of the world's most renowned international educational institutions. At various times, he has worked as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Sales Department, and Head of Project Department. He currently serves as ERP Project Manager and Director of Business Development Department at Prospect Cloud ERP, a part of Pronet Group. He has directly participated and led the digital transformation and ERP-ization of 500+ SMEs.
