We are living through a moment of profound change. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work. Technology is changing how we communicate and create. Our institutions, communities, and culture are being challenged by new pressures and new possibilities. Many of the old assumptions about how we build a career, raise a family, lead an organization, or belong to a community no longer feel as certain as they once did. At moments like this, we look for people who have figured something out. Not necessarily something enormous. You do not need to have discovered a new cancer treatment or invented the next world-changing technology. We are interested in the smaller breakthroughs that can change how people live. Maybe you have found a better way to work within your profession. A different approach to education. A new model for building community. A surprising way to use technology. A better way to lead, create, collaborate, serve, or solve a problem others have accepted as inevitable. Perhaps you do not have all the answers. You may simply have found the beginning of one. We are looking for speakers with an idea grounded in something they have discovered, built, tested, experienced, or observed. An idea that challenges an old assumption and offers a credible alternative. This year's speakers will explore a simple question: **What have you discovered that might show us a new way forward?**
