Dr. Edina Harbinja
Dr. Edina Harbinja is a Professor of Law at the University of Birmingham and a leading expert on digital death, posthumous rights, and AI regulation. Her work examines how identity, memory, and human presence persist through technology, with a particular focus on digital inheritance, AI “resurrection” and deadbots, and the legal challenges they create. She contributes to policy and regulatory discussions across Europe and beyond, and her forthcoming book, Governing Digital Immortality: Artificial Intelligence, Deadbots and the Law (2026), explores how society should regulate technologies that increasingly blur the boundary between life and death. As a speaker and media contributor, she makes complex questions of law, technology, and digital identity accessible to wider audiences.
Nafisa Latic
International journalist, news presenter, and analyst with 20 years of experience covering global affairs, conflict, and Southeast Europe. A former refugee from Bosnia, she combines lived experience with journalistic expertise to amplify voices from war-affected societies and explain complex political realities. She is the anchor and creator of Across the Balkans, a moderator at major international forums, and a speaker focused on truth, reconciliation, and meaningful storytelling.
Sanja Malagurski
Former professional volleyball player and international sports professional with 12 years of experience across Europe and Asia, including a European Championship title and participation at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Today, she works at the intersection of sport, communication, education, and business as PR Manager for Volleyball Nations League Belgrade, Project Developer and PR for the Erasmus+ GameMind initiative, and founder of PersonalbySM. She is also active as a mentor and ambassador supporting athletes and women in business, with a focus on helping people build confidence, meaningful networks, and successful transitions beyond sport.
Serdzan Arnautovic
Serdzan Arnautovic is a global people and business leader with experience across technology, emerging markets, and organisational growth. He has held leadership roles at Amazon, where he led physical product launches across Europe and developed internship and diversity programmes, and at Meta, where he supported talent programmes across emerging markets. He also contributed to Cequens’ IPO readiness and international expansion. With an academic background spanning International Relations, Business Intelligence, Big Data, and organisational development, Serdzan specialises in people strategy, human capital, and the intersection of technology and human potential. He is also a speaker, advisor to high-growth startups, and contributor to organisations supporting entrepreneurship and business development, with speaking engagements including Women in Tech Africa, Istanbul Brand Week, and ITDOD.
Serkan Deveci
Serkan is an organizational psychologist, author, and a senior leader at Google with two decades of experience, leveraging a combined background in both Sales and HR leadership to drive strategic success. He has global experience, ranging across EMEA, APAC, the US, and LATAM. He brings his extensive experience in Management Consulting, People and HR Strategy and firsthand commercial business acumen, to develop and implement tailored solutions that truly align with the specific needs of organizations. Prior to his current role in Sales Leadership leading a complex, large-scale business and a substantial sales team, Serkan held a prominent HR leadership position, guiding workforce planning, steering strategic talent management, and leading culture and employee engagement strategy. He also gained valuable experience as a marketing manager at NBG Finansbank and Danone Baby Nutrition. Serkan is a globally recognized keynote speaker, delivering engaging talks on Future of Work, Leadership Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, and AI in HR. He holds a BA in Economics from Galatasaray University (Istanbul) and an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King’s College London. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Warwick, focusing his research on leadership and its effects on employee and organizational outcomes. With a unique blend of business acumen, sales leadership, and HR strategic thinking, Serkan is dedicated to maximizing commercial success, developing exceptional sales talent, and building sustainable client relationships that drive business growth.
