• Debojit Sen

  Debojit Sen is the Founder & CEO of Crack-ED, building job-ready education at scale. A first-generation entrepreneur backed by CarDekho Group, he is bridging India's employability gap through outcome-driven programs, strong corporate partnerships, and a fast-scaling, profitable model shaping future-ready careers. He is a recipient of the BW Disrupt 40 Under 40 Award and the Outstanding Achievement in Education Leadership 2026 Award. Under his leadership, Crack-ED was honored at the 7th BW Emerging Business Awards as the Best Skill Development Institution (MSME Category), recognizing its impact in transforming youth employability across India.

• Eleena George

  Eleena George is a social entrepreneur and advocate for social justice with around 10 years of experience working within the criminal justice system. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Ambedkar University. Her work spans education, gender equity, and tribal rights, reflecting her deep commitment to building more inclusive and equitable systems. She also leads a program focused on setting up prison schools across India, working to expand access to education and create opportunities for rehabilitation within the prison system. Recognised for her leadership and innovation, Eleena has been awarded several prestigious fellowships, including the Second Chance Fellowship, School for Social Entrepreneurs, Changelooms, UnLtd India, and the Ashoka Fellowship. Through her work, she continues to reimagine justice by centering rehabilitation, dignity, and equal opportunity.

• Isha Jauhar

  Isha Jauhar is a social impact professional and Programme Lead at Pathshala, where she works on initiatives focused on education, youth development, and community-led change. She is associated with TYCIA Foundation and has contributed to programmes that support grassroots leadership, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for young people and communities. Her work is driven by a belief in the power of education and local leadership to create sustainable social change. Through her experience in programme development and community engagement, Isha works to build initiatives that enable individuals and communities to become active participants in their own growth and development.

• Tabish Bilal

  Tabish Bilal is the Co-founder of TYCIA Foundation, a 15-year-old Indian nonprofit working across four states in education, criminal justice reform, livelihoods, climate, and medical relief. He is also Co-Founder of Fundable USA and Vice President at 360Plus Foundation, a California-based nonprofit, where he works at the intersection of American and Indian philanthropy Tabish co-designed and leads the Leadership Collective, an annual experiential learning program that brings together student leaders from over a dozen countries for an immersive journey across Indian cities, using travel as a tool for leadership development and cross-cultural learning. Its most recent edition took fifty students from fourteen countries through Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru, exploring climate and urban futures He is an American India Foundation Banyan Impact Fellow, an Acumen India and a TFIx Fellow. He remains especially drawn to what young leaders discover when they trade classrooms for cities.
