TEDxAlabaster Salon

"The Shape" is an immersive workshop-style Salon experience designed to explore how ideas evolve from personal experiences, observations, and questions into messages that inspire thought, conversation, and action. Throughout the evening, attendees will: • explore how impactful ideas emerge from everyday experiences and observations • participate in guided idea labs focused on clarity, curiosity, and connection • examine the difference between a personal story and a universally relevant idea • engage in collaborative discussions that challenge assumptions and expand perspectives • discover how ideas gain influence through purpose, relevance, and community impact This experience is intentionally designed to move beyond understanding TEDx talks and into understanding how ideas are developed. The evening will be interactive, reflective, conversational, and community-centered, creating space for attendees to explore, refine, and shape ideas that matter.
