Christian Wolf
Christian Wolf is an entrepreneur, fitness influencer, and co-founder of More Nutrition. He started out as an online coach, built a large community, and helped popularize evidence-based nutrition. With the founding of More Nutrition and its later merger into The Quality Group, he developed one of Germany's most successful fitness brands. Today, he focuses on content related to fitness, nutrition, and entrepreneurship.
Michael Jesswein
Michael Jesswein is responsible for Strategic Partnerships at OKTAGON, with a focus on media rights, key partnerships, and the scalable expansion of the brand across the European market. Previously, he worked as a Senior Media Investment Manager with a focus on growth-stage consumer investments. His experience in building brands at scale, translating reach into measurable business impact, and developing holistic partnerships makes him a key driver of OKTAGON's strategic growth both in the media landscape and in the physical live entertainment segment.
Niklas Schwab
Under the name Hedgefonds Henning, Niklas Schwab reaches over 500,000 followers with business and finance content that combines realism and humor. What started as a small meme account has grown into one of the most well-known economics channels for young people in the DACH region. Today, he continues to develop his own media projects, including Instagram, YouTube, a WhatsApp newsletter, and a print magazine that makes economic topics accessible and relatable.
Philipp Masurat
Philipp Masurat has been responsible for building and strategically developing OKTAGON's organization in Germany since the brand's market entry in 2022. As Country Manager, he oversees partnerships, media collaborations, event strategy, and brand growth in one of Europe's most exciting sports markets. From day one, he has accompanied OKTAGON's expansion from the first sold-out arena to the largest MMA event in Europe at Deutsche Bank Park. With his background in marketing, sports business, and brand building, he plays a key role in shaping OKTAGON's positioning as a leading live entertainment brand in the German-speaking market.
Siddik Turhalli
Sıddık Turhalli came to Germany as a refugee and made educational advancement and equal opportunities his central mission. As co-founder and first chair of Empathy e. V., he develops a scholarship program that supports talents from diverse backgrounds. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list as a venture capital investor and now dedicates himself as a founder to his startup CRAVIES, which impressed on "Die Höhle der Löwen". Sıddık stands for social mobility, entrepreneurship, and the power of personal initiative.
Simon Schnetzer
Simon Schnetzer researches how young people think, live, and work—and translates these insights clearly for stages and organizations. He is well known as the co-author and editor of the annually published trend study "Jugend in Deutschland" ("Youth in Germany"), which provides representative analyses of the attitudes, values, and political views of 14–29-year-olds. The recent 2024 and 2025 editions take a deeper look at topics ranging from mental health and work to politics and digitalization. With clear, practical recommendations, he helps leaders attract, lead, and retain the younger generation.
