  • Aliyah Mohyeddin

    Aliyah Mohyeddin is an NLP Master Trainer, TEDx Speaker, and Certified Leadership Coach, and the CEO of Dynamic Communications Coaching Institute. She specialises in behavioural excellence, conflict resolution, and transformative leadership, empowering individuals and organisations to achieve sustainable personal and professional outcomes. Through her acclaimed NLP certifications and bespoke training programs, Aliyah champions meaningful change that drives clarity, connection, and high performance.

  • Dr Iffet Sultana

    Dr. Iffet Sultana is an educationist, social inclusion advocate, and global mentor with over 15 years of experience in higher education, teaching, and leadership. Inspired by her daughter Alishba, an international artist with Down Syndrome, Dr. Iffet has dedicated her work to advocating for neurodiversity and social inclusion. As a global mentor, she has guided young students and professionals worldwide to align their purpose with meaningful impact. Her contributions reflect a deep commitment to education, empowerment, and building inclusive communities through the power of positivity. A former TEDx speaker and lifelong educator, she continues to inspire others to see the world through the lens of compassion, courage, and possibility.

  • Maaz Zubairi

    Maaz Zubairi, 24, is a Computer Science student at IBA and a passionate basketball coach and player. He is the founder of League Report, Pakistan’s first modern basketball sports news platform, and played a key role in establishing and managing League of Basketball, Karachi’s premier amateur basketball league. Maaz combines his love for sports with innovation and leadership, inspiring others to pursue their passions with conviction and energy.

  • Mansoor Aamir

    Mansoor Aamir is the Co-founder of Oval, helping enterprises leverage immersive technologies for social impact at scale. For his work, he has been recognised and awarded by UNFPA and UNDP. Mansoor is a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum (WEF). As a Global Shaper, he leads grassroots initiatives around entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, health, and land restoration. He also writes for WEF's Agenda on youth leadership and sustainable development.

  • Somayeh Bardai

    Somayeh Bardai oversees the Raana Liaquat Craftsmen’s Colony - RLCC which supports over 20,000 beneficiaries a year and 120 staff members in Shah Faisal Town. This women empowerment organisation houses a school with 750 children, a polyclinic serving 12,000 patients, a vocational training department educating 1000 trainees, a livelihoods department that supports over 250 home based craftswomen and an outreach team that brings awareness to 13000 beneficiaries in the community. Somayeh's journey in design Intervention began in 1999, Quetta, to document the fading embroideries of Balochistan. She attained her BFA from AUD and further studied Photography at SVA in New York after which Somayeh joined the M.Des at NIFT Delhi. Since returning to Karachi in 2012 Somayeh has taught photography at TIP and IVS, worked with Save the Children and the IKEA foundation to eradicate child labor and empower women in the Cotton fields of Interior Sindh and Punjab, restructured and managed the manufacturing unit and vocational training classes at Behbud Karachi and served as an assistant curator at the Mohatta Palace Museum.

With years of experience exploring the intersection of innovation, ethics, and human potential, Sultan empowers young minds to embrace Artificial Intelligence as a tool for growth rather than fear. His TEDx talk, “AI Won’t Replace You — But Someone Who Understands It Will,” challenges Gen Z to combine technical skills with creativity, empathy, and purpose, ensuring progress never comes at the cost of people.

    Tanzeel Raza is the CEO of Meaningful Lives and a seasoned corporate trainer and coach, specializing in leadership development, personal productivity, and workplace wellbeing. With a strong emphasis on soft skills training, he empowers professionals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth through practical, human-centered learning experiences. He has over 10 years of experience in training & transforming professionals and organizations in Australia and Pakistan. He has worked with top global organizations, including "Hudson Global Resource", a leading MNC providing learning and staffing solutions in Australia. Tanzeel’s training programs are designed based on latest academic researches, proven tools, frameworks, models and includes real life corporate short case studies to build relevance and relatability with his audience. He has facilitated more than 750 trainings in Pakistan, has worked with more than 100 organizations and has trained more than 15,000 professionals from all walks of life. He completed his MBA from CQ University (Australia) in International Business and an ACCA Affiliate. He is a Certified Public Speaker from California Institute of Behavioural Neurosciences & Psychology and a Certified Professional Trainer from IAPPD, UK. Tanzeel also teaches Leadership and Management courses to MBA students. Tanzeel is also a Certified Fitness Trainer from Australian College of Sports and Fitness and Certified Boxing Trainer from Punchfit Australia.
