• Ali Çokan

  An 8th grade student at Odak Koleji, likes programming, computer games and science. Has a cat named Duman, pretty good at maths and anything involving numbers, hopes to be a programmer someday.

• Ali Arda Yarış

  I am a middle school student in Istanbul. I am passionate about many things, the world interests me and I love sharing fun facts with others. I decided to join TEDx to share my ideas about the reason why people are agressive on the internet, rather than spreading kindness instead.

• Beliz Serteser

  My name is Beliz, I was born in 2012 in Istanbul. I have a lot of hobbies like drawing, listening to music and reading. I wanted to participate in TEDx hoping I could help people by sharing my own experience in bilingual thinking.

• Beren Turanlı

  My name is Beren Turanlı and I am a middle school student in Istanbul. My life has been affected by cerebral palsy but it has taught me that living with a disability doesn't take away opportunities, it creates new ones. I'd like to share my story with everyone and hopefully, someone will get inspired by it.

• Cem Suat Koşay

  Hello! My name is Cem Suat Evangelista Koşay. I live in İstanbul Büyükçekmece, and go to Silivri Hasan Sabriye Gümüş Anatolian Highschool. I wanted to join TEDx to inspire a thought in people's mind and to make people aware of the usage of AI. I love to listen to music, play video games, play chess and research stuff that seems interesting.

• Enise İrem Narman

  Hi, I’m Enise İrem Narman. I’m a student at Silivri Atatürk Anadolu high school, currently living in Istanbul. I’m deeply passionate about theater and all forms of art—they’re how I express myself and understand the world around me. I wanted to join TEDx to expand my perspective, connect with inspiring people, and build meaningful new relationships. I’m especially interested in creative expression, performance, and exploring ideas that challenge the way we think.

• Sena Pınar Güzel

  My name is Sena Pınar Güzel, and I currently reside in Istanbul, Türkiye. I was born in Canada, where my Turkish family and I were immersed in a multicultural and multilingual environment from an early age. Although adapting to such diversity was at times overwhelming, these experiences have provided significant benefits. As a result, I find it easier to understand and learn different languages. I now live in Silivri and attend Selimpaşa Atatürk Anadolu High School.I am interested in language and learning all sorts of different things.

• Su Çatak

  Mame is Su. I am a seventh-grade student at a college. I have been living in Silivri, Istanbul since I was born. I enjoy doing sports and reading. I have been interested in English since kindergarten, and I still love speaking in English. When I heard about the TEDx project, I was very excited, as speaking and showing my English skills are very important to me. That is why I am interested in taking part in this TEDx speech.

• Umut Ödemiş

  My name is Umut and my surname is Ödemiş I have born in June 10th 2024 My hobbies are playing football, basketball , volleyball and even handball I also play the piano for four years and l am continuing to learn it I go to ODAK School for 8 years In my free time l do my homework, study, play some games with my parents and do sports My favourite food is lahmacun or beef but l enjoy lahmacun better I have allergies like dust, too much sunlight, fish soup and chemicals And thats all

• Yağmur Kurnaz

  Yağmur Kurnaz, an 11th-grade student at Silivri Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi in Istanbul. I define myself as a disciplined researcher with high academic standards, always striving to turn challenges into growth. My passion for understanding complex systems led me to represent countries like Japan and Luxembourg in Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, where I debated critical global issues such as climate law and child labor. Looking ahead, I aim to pursue a career in medicine, driven by a fascination with the intricate world of biology. Outside of my academic life, I find solace in reading profound literary works and listening to melancholic music. I am currently working on improving my skills on the piano. I also enjoy spending time in strategic, dark-themed games. I view life as a chessboard, constantly working to become a more equipped, knowledgeable, and resilient individual.

• Zeynep Berra Pehlivan

  I’m Zeynep. I’m a 14 year old teenager living in İstanbul, Silivri I have quite a lot of hobbies, but I am especially interested in coding, playing tennis, and reading books. I joined this event to inspire others with my story. I want people to realize that they have the power to do anything they truly set their minds to.
