    Mr. Himanshu Tandon is a senior pharmacovigilance and drug safety consultant with extensive experience supporting global pharmaceutical organizations. He is the founder of Rid ZCon Solutions and co-founder of PV Excel India, a fast-growing technology and consulting firm focused on regulatory excellence and patient safety. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tandon has successfully led complex, large-scale pharmacovigilance and compliance projects across international markets, with significant engagements in the United States and Japan. His work has positioned him as a trusted advisor to leading pharmaceutical companies, helping them strengthen drug safety systems and operational effectiveness. Beyond the professional sphere, Mr. Tandon is a passionate photographer and travel blogger, using visual storytelling to capture cultures, perspectives, and moments from around the world.

  • Pulkit Sharma

    Radio Jockey, podcaster voice over artist.

    Mr. Pulkit Sharma is a social media influencer, dancer, podcaster, and radio jockey at Radio Udaan, a disability-led community radio station dedicated to advancing the human rights and voices of persons with disabilities. A 36-year-old from Delhi, he was born with cerebral palsy and has lived with restricted mobility despite multiple knee surgeries. During the pandemic, he began sharing videos of his wheelchair dance performances on Instagram, turning personal expression into a movement that inspires thousands. Through storytelling, art, and advocacy, he challenges stereotypes around disability and redefines inclusion in the public sphere. In recognition of his courage and social impact, Mr. Pulkit Sharma received the Rex Karmaveer Chakra (Silver Medalist) in 2023, a prestigious global civilian honour conferred by iCONGO in partnership with the United Nations.

She also serves as the Technical Editor of the Indian Journal of Medical Research, one of India’s most respected medical journals. Her work spans critical areas including healthcare access for senior citizens in India, with a strong focus on equity and impact. Dr. Tanwar has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed research papers, many of which are publicly accessible on NIH platforms and have been published in leading international journals, including The Lancet, reflecting her contribution to globally relevant medical research.
