• Alok Gaur

  Alok Gaur is a transformative business consultant and strategist with 42+ years of experience driving scale, governance, and industrial growth across core sectors. An Electrical Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, he has contributed to setting up one of India’s largest greenfield cement plants and played a key strategic role across Jaypee Group companies. He is Co-Promoter of JIL Information Technology Ltd. and Gaur & Nagi Ltd., an inventor of a patented teaching apparatus, and an internationally recognized speaker at IEEE and UNESCO forums. A former Guest Faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and ASCI Hyderabad, he is also a Hindi poet and cultural contributor whose Krishna Bhajan, sung by Anoop Jalota and released by T-Series, reflects his blend of intellect, leadership, and philosophy.

• Ashok Kr. Sharma

  Ashok Kumar Sharma is a Scientist/Engineer-SF at Indian Space Research Organisation-ISTRAC with over 15 years of experience in spacecraft operations, mission management, and satellite systems across India’s flagship space programs. He was a core member of the Chandrayaan-3 mission operations team, contributing to India’s historic lunar landing, and previously served as Spacecraft Controller for the Mars Orbiter Mission, India’s first interplanetary mission. As Deputy Operations Director for Resourcesat-2 and Simulation Officer for EOS-09, he has led mission reliability, spacecraft performance, high-fidelity simulations, and operational readiness initiatives. He has also managed long-term satellite health monitoring for Oceansat-2 and Megha-Tropiques-1, while contributing to AI-driven anomaly detection and predictive maintenance in space operations, strengthening India’s globally respected, cost-efficient, and high-reliability space mission framework.

• Barakha Agarwal

  Barrakha Agarwal is a third-generation entrepreneur leading Jet Trade & Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., where she drives innovation and operational excellence in the heavy-haul and ODC logistics sector—one of India’s most male-dominated industries. Recognized among the Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs (2023), she is the recipient of the Female Entrepreneur of the Year award at the GTF Women Excellence Summit 2022 and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry Trailblazer Award (2025). An MBA graduate from ICFAI Mumbai with executive education from Indian Institute of Management Nagpur and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, she is currently pursuing Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore.
