• Bikash Gurung

  Er. Bikash Gurung is an engineer, tech leader, and the President of the Robotics Association of Nepal (RAN). Dedicated to making Nepali engineers globally competitive, he has spent over a decade building platforms that promote robotics, AI, and automation technology. Through flagship national and international initiatives like the International Robotics Competition, Girls in Robotics & AI, and the NASA Space Apps Challenge, he continuously bridges local innovation with global opportunities-collaborating with tech organizations, governmental bodies, and international agencies to empower the next generation of tech leaders.

• Dorji Dhradhul

  Dorji Dhradhul is a Bhutanese author, thought leader, and former senior civil servant dedicated to social transformation and gender harmony. Over a distinguished career in the Royal Government of Bhutan, he served in high-level leadership roles including Governor (Dzongda) of Gasa District, Founding Director of the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives, and Director General of the Tourism Council of Bhutan. Awarded a Gold Medal for his service to the nation, he is also an accomplished author (Escapades: Awakenings) and public speaker who advocates for shifting the global conversation on gender equality from conflict toward balance, compassion, and male co-responsibility.

• Kumar Pudashine

  Kumar Pudasaini is an IT executive, systems architect, and technology strategist specializing in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, and digital transformation. With extensive experience designing and securing complex digital systems, he focuses on the critical intersection between engineering, organizational strategy, and human trust. Beyond technical architecture, he is an advocate for ethical engineering and systemic resilience, working to ensure that modern digital platforms remain secure, reliable, and accountable in an increasingly interconnected world.

• Luna Luitel

  Luna Luitel is Miss Nepal World 2025, a public health advocate, and a champion for youth leadership and social responsibility. Guided by her personal ethos, "Learn, Earn, and Return," Luna leverages her platform to reframe the purpose of beauty pageants—turning visibility into a tool for public health advocacy, community empowerment, and youth-driven policy change. As Nepal’s official representative for Miss World 2026, she uses her voice on global and local stages to inspire young leaders to use their education and global experiences to build a stronger home country.

• Mona Nyachhyon

  Mona Nyachhyon is a tech executive, cybersecurity leader, and founder of Monal Tech. With nearly two decades of leadership across software engineering, agile product development, and IT management, she previously served as CEO and Director of Software Engineering at LogPoint Nepal, growing the development center to over 150 engineers. Nominated for international recognitions including the Women in IT Awards in Silicon Valley and Asia, she actively works to strengthen Nepal’s digital ecosystem, advocate for robust cybersecurity frameworks, and empower young professionals and women in technology.

• Rabindra Puri

  Rabindra Puri is a UNESCO award-winning heritage conservationist and architect who chose the unexplored path of preserving Nepal’s traditional architecture when modern concrete was replacing local heritage. After completing degrees in law, fine arts, history, and development policy, he turned a 150-year-old abandoned chicken coop into Namuna Ghar, proving that forgotten structures can become living models for sustainable living. Through the Rabindra Puri Foundation and the Nepal Vocational Academy, he continues to explore new ways to revive lost craftsmanship, protect stolen art, and build a sustainable future rooted in heritage.

• Sameer Mani Dixit

  Dr. Sameer Mani Dixit is a Nepali biomedical scientist, public health researcher, and Director of Research at the Center for Molecular Dynamics Nepal (CMDN). With over 18 years of experience in genomics, infectious disease surveillance, and conservation, his work helps build global-grade scientific data directly from Nepal. Bridging the lab and the living room, Dr. Dixit also produces national television programming to make complex health topics accessible to the public, while actively advocating for a new national identity driven by science, technology, and evidence-based innovation.

• Siddhartha Ghimire

  Sid (Siddhartha) Ghimire is a tech entrepreneur, full-stack developer, and content creator dedicated to building digital tools and empowering the next generation of Nepali innovators. Best known for developing the NEPSE Paper Trading app - Nepal’s first stock market simulator utilizing real-time NEPSE data, he bridges the gap between technology, financial literacy, and creative engagement. With a background in software engineering, open-source development, and IoT solutions, Sid shares insights on app development, tech entrepreneurship, and leveraging digital platforms to solve real-world problems.

• Sojan Prajapati

  Sojan is a Nepalese entrepreneur, engineer, and ecosystem builder on a mission to position Nepal as a global hub for technology and sustainable innovation. He is a founding member of Ting Ting (A Prixa Company) and plays a key role in scaling Prixa’s vision for global digital infrastructure. Previously, Sojan led research initiatives at ACEM, elevating it to a top-tier private engineering research center in Nepal. A passionate advocate for experiential education and civic tech, Sojan co-founded Engineers Without Borders Nepal—scaling student chapters across all four major universities in the country—and SpeakUp Nepal, the nation's premier petition platform connecting over 30,000 citizens with social advocacy. Through his work, Sojan continues to mentor the next generation of Nepalese engineers and founders.
