Amrita Mukherjee
Amrita is a global speaker, executive coach, and fiction author with nearly two decades of leadership experience in technology and banking at Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo. As the founder of SHEvolution, she is dedicated to empowering women through coaching, mentoring, and community-building. She has led impactful workshops for corporate leaders, universities, and schools, inspiring confidence, communication, and leadership—especially among young girls. Her advocacy extends to girls’ education and menstrual health awareness through initiatives like #PadforFreedom. Through her fiction, Amrita creates strong women protagonists who navigate life with courage and conviction. She believes in inspiring through storytelling, encouraging women to lead lives of purpose, passion, and possibility.
Dr. Arijit Roy
Popularly known as “Rancho Sir,” inspired by Three Idiots, Dr. Arijit has spent over 15 years reimagining education through curiosity, creativity, and courage. To his students, he is “Dada”—a mentor and guide who inspires them to think beyond boundaries. Recognized by The New Indian Express (2017) as one of South India’s most inspiring educators, he is known for transforming classrooms into spaces of experimentation, storytelling, and discovery. His approach challenges rote learning, encouraging students to question, explore, and create. Through experiential learning and a fearless embrace of failure, Dr. Arijit empowers learners to become independent thinkers. For him, education is not just about knowledge—it is about transforming lives.
Dr. Dipali Pandey
Dr. Dipali Pandey is a leading Sports Physiotherapist and the visionary founder of Peak Performance, a premier wellness ecosystem dedicated to ethical, evidence-based rehabilitation. With a background in elite sports medicine, Dr. Pandey has served as the physiotherapist for the Indian National Women’s Football Team and the U-15 Boys National Team, representing India at the Asian Games and SAFF Championships. A specialist in Advanced Sports Rehabilitation (Perth, WA), she has spent over a decade bridging the gap between clinical excellence and sustainable health. Beyond the clinic, she is a storyteller and changemaker, committed to dismantling "quick-fix" myths in healthcare. Her work focuses on empowering individuals to reclaim their physical agency, proving that with the right movement and mindset, anyone can reach their peak.
Priyanka Rudrappa
Priyanka Rudrappa is the Founder and CEO of Café Amudham, a fast-growing South Indian café brand built on a deep love for authentic, comforting food. Founded in 2022, Café Amudham reflects her belief that traditional recipes can be thoughtfully brought into modern spaces without losing their soul. With a background in Home Science and a Master’s in International Fashion Marketing from Heriot-Watt University, Priyanka brings together culinary understanding, design sensibility, and a strong sense of brand. Before stepping into the food space, she built Ayva Design Studio, shaping her approach to creating meaningful and sustainable businesses. What makes her journey special is her hands-on involvement in every detail, from the menu to the space to the customer experience. Today, Café Amudham has grown from a single outlet in Bengaluru to a warm and growing presence across Bengaluru and Delhi, bringing people together over food that feels like home.
Ruth Dsouza Prabhu
Ruth Dsouza Prabhu is a Bengaluru-based independent journalist, author, and content developer with 25 years of experience across television, print and digital media. Her international bylines span The New York Times, Al Jazeera and Nikkei Asia, alongside top-tier Indian publications including Mint Lounge, Condé Nast Traveller, The Hindu and Travel & Leisure, among several others. An award-winning food and features writer, she is the author of India's Most Legendary Restaurants, and through her training workshops, she mentors the next generation of journalists and PR professionals. But her story did not follow a conventional script. A single babysitting incident became the plot twist that launched her freelance career overnight. The life she has built since is proof that the best chapters are often the unplanned ones.
