Ashleigh Werner
Ashleigh Werner is a Management Consultant at Accenture and an elite Australian athlete, having competed in both bobsleigh and Rugby League. She represented Australia in bobsleigh campaigns leading into the 2018, 2022 and 2026 Winter Olympic Games while working full-time, alongside a two-year professional stint with the Brisbane Broncos in the NRLW. Her experience across high-performance sport and corporate consulting fuels her work as a speaker, where she shares insights on resilience, teamwork, and navigating pressure.
Joanna Robinson
Joanna Robinson is the Chief Marketing Officer at THE ICONIC, Australia’s leading online fashion and lifestyle retailer, bringing nearly three decades of global commercial experience across marketing, sales, and leadership. She drives customer-focused growth through data-led strategy and has led high-performing teams across Australia and the Middle East, with strong expertise in engaging Gen Y and Gen Z audiences. Alongside her executive role, she is a sessional lecturer at the University of Sydney, teaching Marketing and Leadership to inspire the next generation. Passionate about women’s empowerment, diversity, and mental health advocacy, Joanna is committed to mentoring future leaders and creating meaningful impact beyond business.
Mark Scott
Mark Scott is the President of the University of Sydney and a prominent leader in Australian education and media. With a background in journalism as the former Managing Director of the ABC, he has led major institutions through periods of change and digital transformation. Mark is also the former Secretary of the NSW Department of Education. His work focuses on the role of education in preparing students for an uncertain future, encouraging innovation, critical thinking, and global collaboration. Mark brings a unique perspective on how universities can evolve to better serve society in a rapidly changing world.

With a PhD in laser physics and as National President of Australian Science Communicators, he brings deep expertise in turning complex ideas into engaging content. His work spans viral videos, large-scale school workshops, press releases, and live science events, reaching thousands of people. Phil has partnered with leading scientific organisations and universities across Australia, using storytelling to make science accessible, exciting, and impactful.
