Omair Rana
With over three decades of experience in theatre, film, and television, he has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Shakespeare’s Globe in London. Beyond performing, he has also shaped the craft behind the curtain by directing, producing, and mentoring generations of performers. Off stage, he brings that same depth into leadership and personal development. As a coach and consultant, he has worked across industries, helping individuals and organisations strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. What truly sets his journey apart is the bridge he builds between performance and purpose—using the tools of theatre to spark insight, challenge perspectives, and inspire meaningful change.
