C.K. Kumaravel is a prominent Indian entrepreneur, business leader, and the Co-founder and Managing Director of Naturals Salon & Spa, India’s leading salon chain. Along with his wife, K. Veena, he co-founded the brand in 2000, pioneering the organized salon and grooming industry in India. Driven by a core vision to empower women, his business model has successfully created over 400+ women franchise partners and financial independence for thousands of female professionals.
Kritikka Avasthi
Kritika Avasthi is an Indian actor and professional dancer. After completing degrees in Commerce from Delhi University and Law (clearing the Bar exam), she transitioned from corporate law to pursue acting and dance full-time. Coming from a non-film background, she trained with Ashley Lobo’s The Danceworx before moving to Mumbai to establish her acting career across commercial campaigns, television, and digital platforms. Her work and philosophy center on embracing unconventional career shifts, stepping into vulnerability, and letting courage overcome fear.

Manisha Ramadass
Manisha Ramadass is an Indian para-badminton player, an Arjuna Awardee, and a Paris Paralympics bronze medalist. Born with Erb's palsy in her right arm, she defied early discouragement to pursue her passion for sports. She became the BWF Female Para-Badminton Player of the Year and a World Champion at age 17, and later made history as the first Indian female shuttler to win a Paralympic medal in the SU5 category. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience and self-belief.
Mohit Tyagi
Mohit Tyagi is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a veteran mathematics educator with 24 years of experience teaching IIT JEE students. Nandini Shrikent
Nandini Shrikent is a prominent Casting Director who helped pioneer the casting profession in the Indian film industry. After gaining diverse cultural perspectives from living across India and studying in Finland, she began her career as an Assistant Director. She transitioned to casting in the early 2000s, landing her first major project with the war film Lakshya. Over the past two decades, she has cast for numerous acclaimed films, including Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and the international hit Life of Pi. A former police officer who later prioritized motherhood, she advocates for natural health, emotional stability, and the inherent strength of women.
