Dr. Rajat Mitra
Dr. Rajat Kanti Mitra is a psychologist and author based in India. His book, The Infidel Next Door, draws on years of fieldwork with survivors of violence across Asia. He has testified in courts as an expert witness, led UN-funded research on human trafficking, and spent fifteen years quietly reshaping how one of the world's largest prisons thinks about reform.
Gyan Prakash
Gyan Prakash leads the SBI Youth for India Fellowship, the SBI Foundation's flagship rural development program. Over fifteen years, he has worked with communities that rarely feature in policy conversations, mentoring more than 500 fellows across 200 villages. He came from the corporate world. He stayed for the work.
Pragya Gupta
Pragya Gupta is Co-founder of Project Purple Planet, a climate action initiative that reaches over 3 million viewers on YouTube through content in Indian Sign Language. She began her career advising in the Energy and Natural Resources sector at Bain and Company, later working on environmental initiatives at Sattva Consulting. The shift from consultant to advocate wasn't accidental. It came from a simple observation: the people most affected by the climate crisis are rarely the ones shaping the response.
Raman Wadhwa
Raman Wadhwa is Director at DAY-NRLM, the Ministry of Rural Development's National Rural Livelihoods Mission, one of the largest poverty reduction programs in the world. An IMT Ghaziabad alumnus from the Batch of 1998, he has spent more than two decades helping shift India's approach to rural poverty from handouts to enterprise. His work spans policy design, women-led producer companies, and institutional systems that have put over 12 lakh crore rupees in bank linkages into communities the formal economy had written off.
Udit Saxena
Udit Saxena is a Mumbai-based music director, singer, and composer. Self-taught and eight years into a career he chose over a stable salary, his project Mausiq has crossed 150 million streams in India and 500 million globally. He has been nominated at the Radio Mirchi Freedom Awards and CMA, and in 2025 represented India at Doroga Na Yaltu in Russia.
Vaani Chugh
Vaani Chugh is Co-Founder and Director of D'chica Essentials, a women's essentials brand built around comfort and dignity in intimate care. She began her career in journalism at Star News, IBN7, and TV Today, then moved into marketing consulting before founding D'chica. The business is now profitable. Getting there required burning through those eight crores, a round of layoffs, and a willingness to dismantle what wasn't working.
Vedansh Sharma
Vedansh Sharma is an actor, content creator, and storyteller, one half of the creator duo Dasoham alongside his brother Ishan. Together, they have spent seven years experimenting in public-relatable comedy, satire, social commentary, cinematic short films; crossing one million followers on Instagram in 2025. The number, as Vedansh is quick to say, is not the point. Content creation is his film school. The goal has always been film.
