It is TEDxBUV’s lens for reimagining growth - from a Mono, a singular and limited self, to a Poly, a multidimensional version filled with contradictions, complexity, and choice. In 2025, TEDxBUV, under the theme Mono-Poly and the core keywords “Zonehole”, “Make the Move”, and “Out of Control”, seeks to deliver a powerful message: You can’t control the dice, but you can control your choices. Mono-Poly is not a destination, but a mindset - to step forward instead of standing still, to act instead of waiting, and to embrace uncertainty instead of remaining trapped in the familiar. Much like the game of Monopoly, the winner is not the luckiest, but the one who dares to invest, embraces failure, and adapts with intention. TEDxBUV, like every other TEDx event, seeks to offer ideas worth spreading and spark independent thinking among the youth. In 2025, TEDxBUV returns with the goal of creating a space that is both safe and challenging, where individuals are encouraged to experiment and rediscover their inner potential.
