What was your most valuable experience? It’s a question that can hardly have the same answer for any two people. With this event, we want to explore together how differently we perceive experiences, and what those experiences do to us. We are proud to welcome a diverse range of speakers, each approaching the theme from a different perspective. A magician, for example, might use the audience’s imagination in a completely different way than someone from the hospitality industry does with their guests. An athlete draws on years of training and pressure to deliver in one defining moment. A doctor, meanwhile, combines years of experience with new technologies. Someone who understands body language can read more than words ever reveal, just as a chef can awaken memories and emotions through taste, smell, and the simple act of sharing food. All of this is experience. All of it is fundamentally different, yet deeply connected. Join us on this journey to discover the power of experience.

  • Jasper van Luit

    Magican

    Jasper van Luit is a contemporary magician who combines classic magic with modern storytelling. His performances focus on creating meaningful experiences rather than just visual spectacle, using psychology, timing, and audience interaction to bring moments of wonder to life. From an early age, Jasper was fascinated by how perception shapes reality, a curiosity that continues to influence his refined and immersive style. Whether performing close-up magic or on stage, he aims to connect personally with his audience and make the impossible feel real. For Jasper, magic is more than entertainment—it is an invitation to be curious, present, and amazed.

  • Jasper Riehm & Theo Rekelhof

    Chef - Urban Gardener / Enviromental Artist

    Jasper Riehm and Theo Rekelhof are the co-founders of ThatWeirdPlantGuy / Rooted in Nature, a creative studio that turns urban spaces into living green sanctuaries. Executive chef turned bio-artist, Jasper combines culinary precision with a love for living architecture to create immersive plant-based installations. Theo, an environmental artist and activist, is dedicated to the emancipation of nature and ensures every design merges creativity with ecological harmony. Together they build willow domes, living structures, festivals pieces and public space interventions that reconnect people with nature and invite communities to reimagine what our cities can be.

With 18+ years of experience in the industry, I’ve specialized in developing, training, and coaching individuals and teams to deliver excellence in service and leadership. From leading hotel operations to mentoring future hospitality leaders, I thrive on empowering people to reach their full potential. My mission is to inspire and equip the next generation with the skills, confidence, and mindset they need to succeed in this fast-evolving industry. Whether on the floor, in the classroom, or behind the scenes, I bring energy, structure, and a hands-on leadership style that connects with people.

  • Marit Bouwmeester

    Keynote Speaker / Professional Sailor

    Marit Bouwmeester is a Dutch professional sailor and widely regarded as the most successful female Olympic sailor in history. A four-time Olympic medallist who won silver at London 2012, gold at Rio 2016, bronze at Tokyo 2020 and gold at Paris 2024, she has also claimed multiple world and European titles. Drawing on a career built on relentless learning, resilience and high-pressure performance, she now shares her experience as a keynote speaker and performance expert, focusing on mindset and the mental side of winning. Through the Marit Bouwmeester Academy, she is committed to making watersports accessible to all children, turning the water into a playground for confidence, joy and lifelong skills.

  • Sabine Fonderson

    Doctor

    Dr. Sabine Fonderson is a Dutch general practitioner, researcher and healthtech advisor. After many years working in A&E for the NHS in the UK, she completed a Master’s in Paediatric Emergency Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. She now runs her own GP practice near Rotterdam and is a PhD candidate at Erasmus MC, where she studies why children visit their GP and how factors like air pollution and socio-economic status drive health inequalities. Alongside her clinical work, she designs digital health tools, advises startups on safe clinical workflows, and hosts the “Doctors in Court” podcast, helping doctors navigate the realities of modern medicine and take back control of their agenda.

  • Suzanne Mau-Asam

    Somatic Coach

    Suzanne Mau-Asam is the founder of Doors Open, Institute for Corporate Sociology and a leading expert in embodied leadership, somatic coaching, and learning & development. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, she has “seen it all” and now helps leaders and teams move beyond quick fixes to create real, lasting change. A sociologist and certified somatic coach, Suzanne focuses on the connection between mind, emotion, and body to drive sustainable growth, inclusion, and wellbeing at work. Growing up in two cultures shaped her mission: building workplaces where everyone feels they belong and can show up without a mask. She is also the founder of The Female Hub in The Hague, a community for women to grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
