  • Dr. Nilima Roy Chowdhury

    Dr. Nilima Roy Chowdhury Wellness Entrepreneur | Founder – Nirvana Nilima Wellness Pvt. Ltd. | 3x TEDx Speaker | Josh Talks Speaker | Startup Maharathi Awardee | Mentor – Women Entrepreneurship Platform by NITI Aayog Hailing from the culturally rich yet underrepresented state of Tripura, Dr. Nilima Roy Chowdhury has transformed personal adversity into a powerful mission. A former corporate professional who found healing through yoga and mindfulness, she went on to establish Nirvana Nilima Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a global wellness brand that has positively impacted over 15,000 lives across 25+ countries. A Josh Talks speaker, 3x TEDx Speaker, and Startup Maharathi Award recipient, Dr. Chowdhury is redefining wellness — not just as a personal need, but as a strategic approach to resilience, leadership, and sustainable success. She is also appointed as a mentor in the Women Entrepreneurship Platform by NITI Aayog, Government of India, where she supports and empowers women founders in building impactful and inclusive ventures.

  • Dr. Preeti Singh

    Retired Professor

    Dr. Preeti Singh, Professor with over five decades in academia, has taught at Jesus and Mary College (University of Delhi) and as Head of PG Department of International Business at JIMS Kalkaji. She was Managing Editor of Journal 8M and has worked in corporate and entrepreneurial roles, including owning a fashion boutique. Widely published with award-winning research, she has authored books such as Investment Management, Portfolio Management, and Fundamentals of Financial Management. She has presented papers and delivered lectures in Sweden, Germany, USA, Canada, and Thailand, and conducted FDPs and MDPs. Currently, she serves on the Governing Board of a Charitable Eye Institute, advises the start-up Young Mindz, and continues teaching, evaluating, and mentoring. Passionate about wellness, yoga, reflexology, singing, dancing, and nature walks, she lives by the mantra to live, love, laugh, and treat each day as a special gift.

  • Dr. Sudipti Arora

    Research Scientist and Assistant Director, Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology, Founder- Prakrit Foundation

    Dr. Sudipti Arora is an Environmental Research Scientist and Assistant Director at Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology, Jaipur. She specializes in waste and water management and holds a patent for her innovative vermifiltration technology, a nature-based wastewater treatment solution. Founder of Prakrit Sustainable Integrated Foundation, she promotes sustainability through education and SDG-aligned solutions. She also serves as an ESG Consultant at Advwin Advisory Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Arora earned her Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee and has received prestigious honors, including the Young Water Professional Award by the Ministry of Jal Shakti. With 60+ publications and guidance to 70 students, including three Ph.D. scholars, her contributions span government-funded projects and international forums. Recognized as an IWA Grundfos Young Water Fellow, she has represented India at global platforms like the UN Water Conference, championing sustainable water management worldwide.

    Ms. Deepti Tomar is Project Lead – Campus Training & Competitions, Learning & Development, People & Culture at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. She drives impactful initiatives that strengthen industry–academia linkages by curating training programmes, managing student competitions, and fostering skill development to prepare future-ready professionals. With extensive experience in talent development, she mentors and empowers students to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace expectations. At GT Bharat, she has led workshops, leadership sessions, and capacity-building programmes that enable youth to showcase their potential, enhance employability, and gain industry exposure. Passionate about people development, she is recognized for her collaborative approach and commitment to nurturing young talent to become meaningful contributors to organizations and society.

  • Ms. Shikha Kumari

    Ms. Shikha is a PGDM student at Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Kalkaji, specializing in management studies with a keen interest in leadership and professional development.
