  • Anushree Nyati

Anushree Nyati is a Director at Swastik Wellbeing Sanctuary, a 51-acre wellbeing destination in Pune, India, founded with a vision to create a more holistic approach to human wellbeing. Her work is centred on understanding wellbeing beyond the physical, through Swastik’s Five-Dimensional Wellbeing Framework: Health, Wealth, Love, Bliss and Spirituality. She believes that meaningful wellbeing emerges when these dimensions are understood not as separate aspects of life, but as interconnected elements of the human experience. At Swastik, Anushree has been involved in shaping experiences that bring together Ayurveda, nutrition, movement, meditation, restorative therapies, nature and conscious living, creating personalised journeys for seekers. Her perspective is rooted in the belief that modern wellbeing requires us to look beyond temporary relaxation or individual treatments and consider the larger question of how we live, connect, grow and find meaning. Through her work, she advocates a more integrated understanding of wellbeing, one that addresses the body, mind, relationships, inner life and the quality of everyday living.
