• Abhinav Singhal

  Abhinav Singhal is a distinguished Education Catalyst and Innovator renowned for his commitment to revolutionizing education through experiential learning and practical understanding. With a passion for igniting curiosity and nurturing innovative thinking, Abhinav Singhal has left an indelible mark on the field of education and innovation. Abhinav Singhal has trained and worked with over a thousand teachers across India in the field of Experiential Learning, Handson Working, PBL, Science & Maths. Abhinav's Vision: The Era of "Text-Bookless Schools" Abhinav's vision is a game-changer in education. He sees a future where learning isn't just about books and classrooms. It's about exploring, experimenting, and diving into the fascinating world of Education & STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Abhinav's dream is to create a dynamic learning environment where students become young critical thinker, tackling real-world problems, and finding solutions.

• Ajay Sawant

  Ajay Sawant is a marine conservationist and science communicator passionate about translating complex environmental challenges into narratives that inspire action. He currently serves as Media and Brand Engagement Director at Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs, a multi-award-winning nonprofit that empowers young people through creative contests, mentorship, and grantmaking. Ajay is also the founder of Generation Artivism, a platform that helps youth discover their unique form of advocacy through art, and the president of ThinkOcean Society, a nonprofit active in more than a dozen countries working on ocean literacy, restoration projects, and policy advocacy. He is an NAAEE 30 under 30 lister, a 29 for 29 Changemaker by the Canadian High Commission, High Seas Youth Ambassador for Asia and the winner of the 2023 Youth Innovation Prize. Ajay bridges science, policy, and communication to build inclusive and impactful pathways for environmental resilience.

• Bhawna Agrawal

  Bhawna Agrawal, an engineer from BIT Durg and former TCS professional, grew up in a joint family that instilled in her resilience, adaptability, and the value of relationships. Her early volunteer work teaching underprivileged children shaped her belief that small, consistent acts create lasting impact. Transitioning from software to education, she served as a college director in Chhattisgarh, leading the institution to multiple “Best College” awards. A certified Happiness and Mindfulness Coach (Happiitude–Berkeley), she has coached over 50 women and teenagers to rebuild confidence and balance life with purpose. Author of Happily Ever After With In-Laws and an upcoming Srishti publication, she uses writing, coaching, and creative expression—especially dance—to promote mindful, meaningful living. Deeply spiritual and socially conscious, she advocates simplicity, emotional education, and conscious parenting to nurture resilient, joyful communities.

• Kumkum Tanwar

  Kumkum Tanwar is a multi-talented student of Grade 9 at Mayoor School Jaipur. She is the Head Girl of her school, admired for her leadership, confidence and dedication. As the captain of her basketball team, Kumkum displays remarkable sportsmanship, teamwork and strategic thinking. Her ability to motivate others and handle challenges with composure makes her a true leader both on and off the court. Singing, painting and acting are not just hobbies for her, but passions that reflect her expressive and artistic soul. Kumkum is also an avid reader who loves exploring books of various genres. A problem solver and a constant learner, Kumkum participates in every extracurricular activity with enthusiasm and grace. She carries herself with confidence, empathy and an ever-growing zeal to learn. With her balance of intellect, creativity and leadership, Kumkum Tanwar truly embodies the spirit of excellence.

• Mahima Bissa

  Ms. Mahima Bissa, is an English Language teacher at Mayoor School Jaipur, and a PhD scholar with a Master’s in English Literature. Having qualified the UGC-NET, she continues to deepen her engagement with academia and language. Deeply passionate about art, she conducts workshops and exhibit her paintings at national exhibitions. Cooking serves as a form of therapy, while solving Sudoku keeps her mind agile. She has pursued the German language up to the B1 level and find inspiration in novels that explore authors’ lived experiences. A poet in both Hindi and English, and a state-level badminton player, she believes in leading a life enriched by creativity, learning, and meaningful self-expression.

• Naman Kandoi

  Mr. Naman Kandoi, Director of Mayoor School Jaipur, is a distinguished third-generation educational leader from Jaipur. An alumnus of St. Xavier’s, The Doon School, and DPS R.K. Puram, his academic journey laid the foundation for his visionary approach to education. At Mayoor, he has introduced innovative programs fostering academic excellence, holistic growth, and global readiness. Beyond his school, he has contributed to national reform as Senior Project Manager with Educational Initiatives and CBSE, working to transform board examinations. Widely recognized, he has received honors including GSLC’s “Elite 50 Eduicons,” awards from Global Educators Fest and SCOONEWS, and recognition from actor Sonu Sood at WTWR. With academic exposure spanning engineering, economics, design, and management, he blends tradition with innovation. His mission remains to empower students with the light of education and nurture confident, responsible, global citizens.

• Nishtha Kandoi

  Nishtha Kandoi is the Principal Architect and founder of NYKS - an interdisciplinary design studio. She lives with a quiet desire to evolve — in her work, in herself, and in the world around her. For her, growth isn’t ambition; it’s a way of being. She holds an illustrious B.S. Arch Honors degree from DAAP, University of Cincinnati. Having worked in the Graphic Design Department at Gensler in Chicago - a beacon of avant garde interior design, the architecture studio at AS+GG In Chicago, the visionary architects behind the world’s tallest towers and the Master planning studio at KPF( Kohn Pedersen Fox) , one of New York’s largest Architecture firms, have solidified her professionalism and has given her a multifaceted perspective into the world of design. Furthermore, an elite exchange program experience at ESA ( Ecole Speciale D’architecture) which led her to sojourn in Paris for almost 6 months, shaped and sharpened her thought process and individuality.
