• Ananya Jha

  Ananya Jha is a 16-year-old debater and public speaker with a strong record in competitive speaking and youth leadership. She achieved the 11th Global Rank in Individual Debating at the World Scholars Cup, Doha, and has won First Place in English Extempore at the CBSE Sahodaya District Level for two consecutive years. Beyond competitions, she served as Content Director at The Economic Literacy Initiative, developing accessible modules to promote financial and economic awareness among youth, and worked as Associate Content Director at The Choice Pulse. Through wins, losses, and experiences, she continues to grow as a confident communicator and leader.

• Elizabeth Susan Koshy

  Elizabeth Susan Koshy is an accomplished shooter from Kerala and an Assistant Commandant in the Kerala Police First Battalion. She made history as the first person from Kerala to win a medal in shooting, securing two gold medals at the 35th National Games. She has also represented India internationally, winning a silver medal at the Asian Shooting Championship in 2013. After a brief break, she has returned to training to pursue excellence in her sport.

• Jithin Vijayan

  Jithin Vijayan is an adventurer, skydiver, and entrepreneur from Kerala, India, guided by discipline, responsibility, and consistency. Coming from a modest background, he believes in giving his hundred percent to everything he pursues. With a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering, he built a successful career in the technology sector, including founding and scaling an IT company to over 250 engineers serving global markets. In his early thirties, Jithin returned to physical training and adventure sports, leading him to skydiving. Trained internationally, he has completed hundreds of jumps across multiple countries. In 2023, he achieved a historic skydive from approximately 43,000 feet carrying the Indian national flag, setting multiple World, Asian, and national records. A recipient of the Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award, Jithin believes success is driven not by talent, but by discipline, consistency, and commitment to the process.

• Jose Thomas

  Jose Thomas is an entrepreneur, a visionary and the founder of the Choice Foundation and its crown jewel, The Choice School. An Entrepreneur from the young age of 17, he took the reigns of his father's enterprise and reaped huge profits. He believed in providing quality education to children and established The Choice School, and 35 years on, it has become the number one school in the state. His venture to be in a private airline, Choice Airways did not take off. However, taking inspiration from the setback, he started Tastee Choice, a retail brand providing meal kits and value added products. This went on to overtake other competitors. JT has a simple philosophy for life, that it rests upon self esteem, confidence and knowledge which he spreads through his innovative approach to life.

• Sivan Santhosh

  Sivan Santhosh is the Founder and CEO of Neytt by Extraweave, leading the brand with expertise in business leadership, operations, and strategic growth. At Extraweave Pvt Ltd, he has held key roles including Director – Operations and Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations, driving operational efficiency within the textiles and apparel manufacturing sector. Earlier, he worked as an Applications Developer at BNY Mellon, gaining experience in technology-driven financial environments. Sivan also served as Vice President – Marketing at the Babson India Symposium. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BTech from Vellore Institute of Technology.

• Sreenivasan Krishnan

  Sreenivasan Krishnan is an Indian public servant and public policy professional with a strong academic and administrative background. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Law degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He began his career as a Scientist Engineer at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, and later worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. In 1990, he was selected to the Union Civil Services through the Civil Services Examination. During his service, he worked as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister of Kerala and with a Union Cabinet Minister for Industry. He was the founding President of the Kerala chapter of the All India Professionals’ Congress and later served for four years as Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, in charge of Telangana.
