Fatima Yousaf
Founder Stealth Startup
Fatima Yousaf did not come from a family of Ivy League graduates. She came from a city where no one had gone to an Ivy League school — until her. When she became the first person from her city to be accepted to Brown University, she carried more than her own ambition through those doors; she carried proof that the ceiling is breakable. At Brown, Fatima did not just study — she built. She founded institutions, led communities, conducted research, and asked the questions that matter: Who gets to decide? Who gets left out? And what do we do about it? Her academic work explored how voters form political decisions, where they get their information, and to what degree the choices they make are truly their own — research that sits at the crossroads of economics, technology, and democracy. Today, she is a founder building in stealth — driven by the same conviction that has guided her since day one: that ambition without privilege is not a disadvantage. It is a superpower
