Chansopheak Hem
Social Entrepreneur | Gardener | Community Builder
Chansopheak Hem is a passionate social entrepreneur and community builder from Phnom Penh. Inspired by plants, art, and community spaces, he founded the Phnom Penh Plant and Garden Fair and runs Pteah Chas, a creative space in a renovated 1953 shophouse that fosters connection and creativity. With backgrounds in Agronomy, Education, and Development Studies, Chansopheak believes that plants and green spaces grow not just health and happiness, but stronger communities.
Khemara Bormeychan Ung
Budget Analyst | Social Content Creator | Youth Leader
Ung Khemara Bormeychan is currently in her final year at CamEd Business School, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and a recent honors graduate in International Economics from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy. Alongside her academic pursuits, she serves as a Budget Analyst at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, while continuing her passion for creating educational and inspiring contents on social media. Throughout her university journey, Bormeychan has been actively involved in national and international competitions and conferences, showcasing her skills in business pitching, public speaking, and debate. Beyond competitions, she has also been part of youth-led organizations and student clubs, including the CamEd Public Speaking and Debate Club and the CamEd Community Club. Internationally, she has proudly represented Cambodia on some international stages across ASEAN countries and beyond.
Lay Lam

Mr. Lam Lay, born in Chanlaong Village, Srangae Commune, Siem Reap, is the youngest of five siblings. He holds degrees in Economic Management and Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education. He is currently working as the Deputy CEO of a new company, as well as leading innovative education technology initiatives through the Life Skills Innovation Hub, which offers programs in education, training, and digital learning. He also serves as a lecturer at the College of Life Skills and Leadership Education. Known as “ចុងប៊ិកអង្គរ” Lam Lay has authored several books, including The Youth Leadership Mindset and Life Is Like That. As a professional ghostwriter, he focuses on leadership and business principles. His life motto: No choice is the best choice.
Sarin Chan

Mr. Chan Sarin became a person with a disability at the age of three, facing both physical and emotional challenges from an early age. Many might have seen this as a limitation, but he chose to see it as an opportunity to grow stronger. Through determination, self-belief, and unwavering perseverance, he has overcome obstacles that once seemed insurmountable. Today, Mr. Sarin dedicates his life to empowering others, showing that no challenge is too great when we are motivated and committed. He inspires individuals to pursue their dreams, embrace their unique potential, and transform difficulties into stepping stones toward success. His journey reminds us that with courage, resilience, and hard work, every person has the power to change their life and make a positive impact on the world.

Ms. Seyha In is an impact-driven professional dedicated to transforming sustainability from a global vision into meaningful local action. With expertise in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, and Project Management, she has led numerous ESG strategies, food safety systems, and sustainability certifications that empower producers, protect consumers, and strengthen ethical supply chains. Passionate about responsible sourcing, environmental stewardship, and zero-waste initiatives, Seyha believes that the most powerful change often begins with those we rarely see — the farmers, producers, and community members quietly driving sustainability behind the scenes.
Theansoeng Seang
Youth Empowerment Advocate | Public Speaker | Founder of Theanspire
Theansoeng Seang is a dental and English bachelor’s student, public speaker, and freelance MC. He is the founder of Theanspire, inspired by the motto “Inspire, Aspire, IMspire,” promoting youth empowerment through meaningful education. As an ACE Student Ambassador, APDSA Cambodia University Representative, and CamDEBATE Champion, he has represented Cambodia in various international programs, using his voice to connect and inspire young leaders.
