I completed my PhD in Materials Chemistry and Nanotechnology at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) – Department of Atomic Energy, where I developed advanced nanomaterials for solar batteries and supercapacitors. My research on coupling energy capture and storage led to several high-impact publications, including one recognised among the Top 100 Chemistry Papers of 2018. The solar-chargeable battery material I developed attracted industry interest and was later taken up by IBM for further advancement.
