TEDxRishworth Youth

At TEDx Rishworth Youth we are bringing together thinkers, doers, creators, and storytellers to explore one of the most fundamental human experiences: connection through community. Our theme, The Curiosity of Connection, invites speakers to examine the many ways people build, sustain, and transform community. From local neighbourhoods to digital spaces, from shared passions to cultural traditions, community takes countless forms. We want to celebrate the curiosity that drives us to understand these connections and highlight the agency individuals have in shaping them. By leading with curiosity, we invite fresh perspectives, surprising stories, and reflective insights. This event is not about nostalgia or decline; it is about discovery and possibility. Together, we’ll explore how communities big and small, familiar and unexpected shape the way we live, and how individuals, through their own agency, can create opportunities for connection that matter.
