Brent Bounds
Brent Bounds is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. He lives on the Upper West Side and is the father of 3 boys.
Elaina Bals
Ms. Elaina Bals works as an Executive Assistant to the Head of School. Elaina Bals joined The Geneva School of Manhattan in 2025 with experience in marketing and publicity for an independent book publisher. With extensive caregiver experience, she serves in leadership with Do For One, a nonprofit organization that seeks to establish freely-given relationships for adults living with disability in New York City. Each summer, she serves families affected by disability at Joni and Friends Family Retreat. Ms. Bals holds a B.A. in English from The King’s College in New York City.
Matthew Broderick
Matthew Broderick is a Psychologist and executive coach with RocheMartin, a leading international consultancy specializing in Emotional Intelligence. He supports leaders and teams across 4 continents to help them build emotional intelligence and perform at their peak. He is passionate about coming alongside people, helping them discover their potential and deepen their impact. A native of Ireland, Matthew currently resides in New York City with his wife Fiona and their three young children.
Pat Anderson
Pat Anderson is a 6 time Paralympian. He is a 3 time gold medalist and 1 time silver medalist in wheelchair basketball with Team Canada. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and now lives on Roosevelt Island with his wife and four kids.
Sandi Taylor
Formerly on staff with Redeemer Counseling Services, Sandi is a licensed clinical mental health counselor now in private practice in New York City. She specializes in working with adolescents and their parents as they navigate the challenges of the teen years. Sandi also counsels women struggling with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, image, relationships and other challenges. She enjoys speaking and teaching about the ways the gospel can bring freedom, hope and healing to their lives in light of the many pressures we face in our culture today. Sandi loves to run and has been married to Bill, an elder at RWS, for 25 years. They have 3 daughters, Abby (21), Hannah (18) and Margaret (16), and a sweet Golden Retriever named Cooper.
Sonia Alcazar Collier
Sonia is a dynamic creative entrepreneur, actor, producer, and media consultant whose multifaceted career spans the performing arts, ministry and education. She holds an MFA in Acting from The New School. Her greatest passion is serving in ministry alongside her husband, yet her most cherished accomplishment is being a mother to her 10-year-old son, Lincoln.
