• Elvin Lim

  Professor Elvin Lim is the Founding Dean of SMU’s College of Integrative Studies, Professor of Political Science, and Director of the Wee Kim Wee Centre. A leading voice in political thought and communication, his work examines power, leadership, rhetoric, and the ways ideas shape societies. An award-winning scholar and author of The Lovers’ Quarrel and The Anti-Intellectual Presidency, Prof Lim bridges politics, history, and culture with clarity and depth. Beyond academia, he serves on national research panels and arts boards, reflecting his conviction that the most important questions should never remain siloed. Known for challenging assumptions and connecting ideas across disciplines, Prof Lim brings sharp insight to conversations about leadership and communication. He has a profound keenness to explore mental models - how they shape our expertise, ideologies, and the ways we interpret and engage with one another, revealing the quiet yet powerful frameworks that influence how we see and act in the world.

• Germaine Leonora

  Germaine Leonora Tan is a passionate media personality and content creator, as well as a Ngee Ann Polytechnic alumna, who has spent over a decade captivating audiences across radio, television, podcasts, and live events. Her journey began in 2015 when she placed third in the 987 Radio Star competition, sparking her love for broadcasting and opening doors at Class 95. Today, she hosts The Down Low on weeknights on 987FM. Germaine’s career spans multiple platforms, she is an avid content creator in beauty, lifestyle, and food, amassing a following of over 200,000 across Instagram and TikTok. Beyond entertainment, Germaine is deeply committed to giving back. She founded Brave Voices, a programme partnering with non-profit organisations to teach public speaking to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Germaine’s success is driven by her passion, resilience, and commitment to inspiring others. She continues to use her voice to empower, entertain, and make a meaningful impact.

• Mila Bea

  Mila Bea is a 16-year-old singer-songwriter and rising star in Singapore’s music scene. She wrote her first song at the age of 11, and her debut album, Part of Me, released in August 2024, showcases her ability to transform personal experiences into deeply relatable music. Performing and writing music is at the heart of Mila’s creative journey. From directing her own music videos to building a close-knit community with her fans, she treats her artistry as both a spiritual and mindful practice. Her work resonates strongly with listeners, offering comfort and connection, and reflecting her belief that music can help others feel seen and less alone. Raised in a household steeped in art, with parents who are architects, Mila grew up immersed in music from Joni Mitchell to Father John Misty. This early exposure shaped her eclectic tastes and encouraged her exploration of musical theatre, visual arts, and creativity, all of which inform her unique artistic voice today.

• Rayyan Afiq

  Rayyan Afiq, also known as Rayyan Roulette on social media, is a beauty, lifestyle, travel, and food content creator who has been sharing his work online since the age of 16. Known for his engaging presence on TikTok and Instagram, Rayyan is a Ngee Ann Polytechnic alumnus who has collaborated with brands such as L’Oréal and Samsung, while advocating for inclusivity in the beauty industry and challenging stereotypes around self-expression. Building on his experience as a creator, Rayyan co-founded AIKO Collective, a digital agency where he helps brands grow and thrive in the ever-evolving online landscape. With a dedicated following of over 135,000 across platforms, he brings a unique perspective as a creator, user, and strategist, applying insights from social media trends to deliver impactful campaigns for clients. Through his work both online and behind the scenes, Rayyan combines creativity, strategy, and purpose, inspiring audiences and brands alike to embrace authenticity and innovation in the digital world.

• Rishi Budhrani

  Rishi Budhrani is an award-winning comedian, actor, and host known for breaking barriers locally and internationally. His journey began in theatre with the Singapore Repertory Theatre’s Young Company, and he has since performed in acclaimed productions such as Cook A Pot of Curry and The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. Rishi has also made his mark on television and film, appearing in Working Class on MediaCorp Channel 5 and voicing Sammy in Netflix’s animated series Downstairs. Beyond acting, he is a seasoned host with 15 years of experience, having led major events including Singapore’s National Day Parade and the President’s Star Charity. As a stand-up comedian, Rishi has performed in India, China, Sri Lanka, Dubai, and at the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals. He is the first Singaporean to win the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition and perform at The Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. Through his satirical online series, The Rishi Report, and his live shows like EXPOSED, Rishi continues to push creative boundaries, using humour to connect with audiences and reflect on culture, society, and everyday life.
